I was very disappointed with my experience at Boudreaux’s BBQ, a new restaurant in Canon City. I went there with my mom who loves ribs, but we were told that they were not ready and we had to wait for an hour. The fan was so loud that we could barely hear each other and enjoy our conversation. The food was cold and bland, and the portions were small and overpriced. I paid $18 for a pulled pork plate that had the heel of the bread, and another $18 for a brisket plate that had only three slices of meat, a slice of white bread and a tiny side. The beans were $5 for a small cup. I felt ripped off and unsatisfied. The only shining light in the experience was our server, and she tried so hard to apologize for all these things that seemed to go wrong, but it felt like this is something that she has to apologize for quite a bit, we tipped her extremely well, because it wasn’t her fault. I also did not appreciate the pre-wrapped packs of plastic silverware, and napkins. What a waste for the environment.

Great new place in Canon City! The pulled pork and smoked macaroni n cheese was delish! Had a good draft and canned beer selection. Huge out back that is dog-friendly, too! Will be back!

Food is absolutely delicious! We got the pulled pork plate, it had so much flavor and was nice and tender! The beans have such a yummy Smokey flavor. I have an intolerance to Gluten, and they were very accommodating. The manager checked ingredients for me, and even shared some gluten free pasta with me.

Yes, please! We were on vacation with our dog and fate brought us to Boudreaux’s! The staff were so inviting, bringing our sweet boy a bowl of ice water and a chicken broth pop treat. My husband and I split two meals, the brisket and the pulled pork sandwich and our kiddos did the baked Mac & cheese. We’re from KC so we don’t just approve any ole BBQ. These guys get all the thumbs up for great flavor, hospitality and patio atmosphere. We’ll be back!

I loved the brisket, so tasty! Melted in your mouth and it wasn’t greasy! The potato salad was amazing as well! Yalyssa, our server was fantastic! We picked where we wanted to sit and we were served immediately! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the draft beers/cider and the menu! Will be going back for sure! Compliments to the chef!

Love it! Waitress greeted us at back gate because we have dogs. Served dogs ice water first! Excellent! Staff very friendly! Best pulled pork i have had in a long time. Excellent beer menu. Definitely coming back.

Amazing BBQ – brisket was nice and tender and pulled pork had amazing flavor! The sides were incredible as well. We tried all 4 and couldn’t pick a fave!!! Also we enjoyed a lovely chat with BBQ master Chester 🙂 thanks!!
