Food is just ok now, completely bummed out that the turkey carver sandwich Is no longer available.. big bummer.. it was the best. To bad for them, I don’t think I’ll ever be back, as an out of towner it was a quick bite that didn’t feel so “fast food”.

I highly recommend this restaurant, food here is always flavorful as well the staff are very friendly. In the restaurant it is easy to move around for people that use a wheelchair or walker. Lastly the restrooms here are very clean. (I recommend the chicken sandwich with the sweet potatoes.)

Amazingly Great Comfort Food ! Look at the size of those plates for $10 Wow! This restaurant always has been a favorite of ours. For the price the quality is always very good. This place has really gone downhill!!! Looks like they are going out of business. Most of the food choices were unavailable, and most of the drinks were either not working or out. There was a plug-in cooler fan on one of the tables. Worst of all was the so-called “BOGO” that got me in the door. It stated buy one, get one free, but the small print said the free meal was up to $12 value. NONE of the meal offerings are $12!! SCAM!! They got me good!!

Ok I went there to dine in. I order their 1/2 tuscan parmesan chicken with 2 sides and a cornbread and small drink, He bagged my food to go even when I told him I was dining in, When I sat to eat my food I notice there was no cornbread, so I went back and ask them, I’m missing my cornbread can I have it please, and the guy was oh we ran out we don’t have any, it is complimentary. So if we ran out we don’t need to give it to you. So I told the guy let me get this clear so you advertise a meal 1/2 chicken with 2 sides and a cornbread, but if you run out of something you give an incomplete meal, and still charge the meal at the full price? On the menu it doesn’t say “cornbread is complementary get it while supplies last”. can you replace it with something else? No we don’t replace it, but I can give you a side except sweet potatoe or I can’t remember what was the other side becuase it was a $.80 cents extra charge for those sides, I was about to chose a side to replace my cornbread when a guy on the back yelled “just get a piece of the sandwich bread don’t you listen we don’t have any cornbread ” all upset, and I turned all “Karen” and ask the guy I want to speak to your manager rightnow, and the guy was I’m the manager(all angry), then I proceed to say I want my money back now, no wonder this place looks so empty. Got my money back and walked out never going to this place again. Oh and I’m escalating this to corporate. Boston Market food is good especially the cornbread, it,’s just this specific location they got a bunch of morons working there. Please save yourself a bad moment for another occasion. Do not go to this location. Oh And the meal was almost $20 dollars, small portions, and the chicken was super small. Like a decent american I want my decent portion.

I got the $22 deal that was missing the gallon of lemonade, I realized they didn’t give it to me, I called in the store for clarification and they stayed they no longer have it. TAKE THE SIGN OUT, false advertising, I only got the deal for the lemonade. Lack of honesty
