The staff here was friendly and helpful. I received a coupon for a free meal with purchase. I ordered the 1/4 Dark Meal for my daughter, and a veggie plate for myself. Everything was hot, fresh and tasty. The store was clean and inviting.

Boston should go back to Boston. They are trying to serve southern food with an epic fail. The chicken was so dry I had to drink water just to swallow it. The cornbread (if you can even call it that) tasted like a dry sweet cake overloaded with sugar. The macaroni and cheese was like noodles swimming in a cheese soup, over salted and flavorless. Don’t get me started on the mashed potatoes. Are they even real because they looked and tasted like instant potatoes and very bland. I highly suggest you do not waste your money there. If you’re looking for southern comfort fast food, Grandy’s is 10x better. I called Boston Market to give feedback but no one answered. I ordered the chicken family meal to last me several days but ended up throwing it in the garbage which is where it belongs. GROSS FOOD DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Food and service is terrible. We used enjoyed Boston market chicken a lot but what happened to this place OMG!! Chicken tastes like couple of days old and the restaurant was so hot while I was waiting. It is a never going back place. Oh I miss those old fashioned rotisserie chickens….

I will never be back again. Food looked good but chicken was very dry, corn, was cold,, potatoes were cold, bread was cold. I asked for it to be reheated, and then it was cooked too much. Only a shell of what it used to be.

The poor employees are still working under these awful conditions. I’ve heard the AC has not been fixed for a long time now and that is seriously dangerous to their health. Despite the major issue that needs to be fixed, the workers are very friendly and nice and the service was great. Texas summer is already above 100 degrees and I cannot imagine being around the kitchen and inside with heat like that. Please do something!

The chicken is good but why are why are we using instead potatoes, lol? We could buy a whole ox for the price of one serving but I don’t like instant potatoes. Let me know when the AC is working and the potatoes are real again. I’ll come back after that.

This isn’t the same Boston Market the I grew to love in the 90’s. I’m originally from Boston and used to take my kids here frequently for family meals! I haven’t had Boston Market in year’s b/c they are non existence in some area’s. But now I understand why it’s like this! I had the worst food ever…chicken was ok,corn was just corn, the Mac and cheese was very runny and salty, the sweet potato casserole was soupy and the sprite needed to be changed! I said something about the sprite and had gotten a drink from another machine that only had a select few drinks available and no ice! Had to get the ice from the drive through and the machine that is for the public the drinks was flat!! Oh not to mention no AC in the building on a 100 degree day in TX! very disappointed with Boston Market….it just ruined my memories of the good ole day’s!

I’ve been a customer for well over 20 years at the various locations in North Dallas and this was the worst meal I’ve ever had. The corn and mashed potatoes were good but the chicken was awful and the corn bread was rock hard. The soda machine doesn’t work and the bathroom was dirty. Talk about a fall from grace…VERY DISAPPOINTED with my meal…

The new sauce flavors are delicious. The chicken falls off the bone. The only downside is that twice I was not given napkins or utensils at the drive thru and while dining in. Make sure you ask for them before leaving, or better yet bring your own!

The air conditioning was out, but the team was still friendly and got our food to us quickly. Shame on Boston Market corporate for not getting some portable air conditioning units in there. I get that parts are hard to get, but you’re endangering your staff! There were a lot of fans but still. It’s 100° degrees. I don’t like that. Thank you Preston team for doing your best work!!!
