I am gluten free. I ask a lot of questions about what food I’m about to order. The girl who took my order on 2/8/19 around 7:10 pm ROCKED out following up. I very much appreciate that she asked her manager instead of guessing at this very important issue. Well done register-girl! That is the way to do it. Never guess. Ask a superior! That’s what more people in your position need to do. I’ll be back to this location more often as a result.

I must say that I do love the food at Boston Market. The chicken is always moist and tender and juicy. And it is also always well seasoned. I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner. The customer service at this location is also very good. I have to commend in the staff for doing a good job of keeping the dining area clean. They have great beverage choices even though they don’t have a freestyle they do have a cup of lemonade machine and ice tea machine in addition to soda which is a blessing because I still get a good variety drinks without drinking soda.

They did a terrific job of preparing a Thanksgiving dinner for my dad and me. I ordered a couple of weeks ahead of time online, showed up, paid, went to the pickup area to retrieve my huge box of food, and was on my way in just a few minutes. Everything we ordered was very tasty.

Excellent food …..it was hot and good. The staff was very nice and professional. The food was presentable as well. The Carver Dominic was good as well and very polite. I ordered the meal for 3. Chicken and broccoli and mashed potatoes. The place was clean and the bathrooms were clean. The place was very busy and the line was very long.

I have went to this location multiple times and never have had an issue the food is always fresh and taste amazing the staff always greets my family and I. The restaurant is always very clean and well taken care of. The cook even came out to make sure our food was good. I enjoyed today’s visit. Haven’t been to a Boston Market in years! Someone greeted me as I entered, they bring your food to you at your table and they also clean up after you when you leave. Only gripe, no one explained that they bring your food, so I didn’t know whether to sit down or wait around. I also had to ask about clean up, cause it wasn’t obvious where to put my plate. But all in all the service and food were good.
