This place is near rock bottom. I don’t know what happened to this franchise. Half the menu was advertised in the store but wasn’t available. I was served a dinner roll instead of their traditional corn muffin. I threw the roll in the trash as soon as I got home. If this is what Boston Market has become, I’m never going back after more than twenty years. The quarter chicken was the smallest chicken I have ever seen with my own eyes. The chicken gravy had no flavor except the pepper they used. Bland is the best way to describe it. OMG !

Discretion is advised. This is my personal opinion on this location and on Boston Market as a whole. Once upon a time this restaurant was a place of quality food and service. Now it has seem to have plummeted to its lowest peek, although the food is ok service at this location is poor and displeasing. If the quality of customer service is poor why would you want to taste the food or even return to patronize this restaurant. Food runs out before closing and the attitude about it is nonchalant. In this review I will highly not recommend eating here your dollar could go along way somewhere else. Thank you all for reading. Have a wonderful day!

The food here is awful. Their “cornbread” is a dinner roll, the creamed spinach tastes spoiled and the stuffing was cold and like it came from a box. The sweet potato casserole and chicken we ordered was the only edible thing from here. Also, their Nashville “hot” chicken is two pieces of bread with a ketchup sauce and chicken patty.

I get a specific order for me and my family each time I go. The food is always delicious. There’s never a hassle. The staff is always polite, courteous, pleasant, respectful and professional.

Boston Market has truly fell off. About three weeks ago I stopped in and ordered, a whole chicken. When I got home, I noticed one of the pieces of chicken I had began eating had some type of blue foreign object stuck to it. I’m not sure if it was the rope that holds the chicken together or a piece of a cleaning sponge or pad which is what it looked like. Whatever it was it should not have been attached to the chicken that I was eating. I threw the whole chicken away. They might as well close their doors if this has become the quality of what they serve. Also the customer service in the store was lacking and no one seemed to know what they were doing, just horrible. Needless to say I won’t be back.

It had been a few years since I stopped by this Boston Market shop and now I remember why…they are always “out of” something on their menu. The service is poor, the prices are (as with everything else) higher than last time, and portions are smaller! Not sure if I’ll be coming back. Perhaps in a few years after I forget the experience again…

Ordered delivery but as soon as my order was to be delivered it was canceled. I called to find out what happened and was told by a worker that they were closing early and some of my items were not available. I asked why I wasn’t called and was told they supposedly called me twice. I have my phone in my hand and was never called. They were to close at 10pm and it was barely 6:30pm when I placed my order. Very unprofessional definitely won’t be ordering from the facility again.

Decided to treat my sister who has diet restrictions to a meal for Mother’s day and ordered white chicken with broccoli. I live in another state. Was called by delivery guy and told no broccoli. They only had corn, and creamed spinach. Neither of which was good for her to eat. No salad, no green beans nothing but starches. Sad place.
