The food was terrible, they had none of the sauce for any of the chicken but BBQ. The staff was really super cool, but the food was terrible. The restaurant was clean. The food was just old.

Can’t be trusted if they’re going to be open or not, no sign on the door no explanation. For the past two weeks I’ve gone in and asked for a rib order which is on the menu and all I get is we’re not serving it tonight. The quality of food is barely there and the service is non-existent. I predict that this store will be closed in a short period of time due to management. The community will be at a loss for it used to be good here but now it is poorly ran. The franchise should look into this.

Ugh the meatloaf and the creamed spinach has changed. It taste cheap now. It use to be very good. Not anymore. I haven’t been to Boston Market I years, and I know why. I don’t know why they think we won’t notice the changes in the recipes.

Had a pretty bad experience yesterday. I ordered online and picked up in store. I had 3 meals for myself, my son, and my husband, as well as an extra side of gravy and a large Mac n cheese. I ordered chicken nuggets for my son, they gave me a piece of a whole bone in chicken. I ordered chicken cordon Bleu for myself. Again, got a piece of bone in chicken. The whole reason we went there at all was to get mashed potatoes and gravy because my husband was craving it. I paid extra for 3 sides to his dinner. Mac n cheese, corn, and mashed potatoes. No mashed potatoes. At no point was I contacted via phone (phone number was provided to restaurant because of the online ordering) to ask if it was ok to make substitutions for our food. I came to pick it up, and again, not a word. They handed me the wrong (and some missing) food, and let me walk out the door and drive several miles home and find out for myself. No price adjustment. Nothing. So I get home, notice, and call. 4 times. Their phone isn’t working properly and I can hear them but they can’t hear me. I drive back up to the store. I tell the woman who handed me the order that it’s not right. She proceeds to tell me that they are out of stock of some items. When I asked why I wasn’t told about the missing item/substitutions, she says “You’ll have to take that up with corporate, I just work here.” She offers to give me a refund, only if I give all of the meals back. She throws these away and I left. I felt like it was really poor customer service, and all the while we wasted a lot of time, driving back and forth waiting for food we never got. My kid was hungry, we were all hungry. It was a mess.

placed an online order and walked in 15 minutes later to an empty lobby. waited around for about five minutes and was just about to start shouting “hello! anybody here!” when someone finally emerged from the back. said I had an online order. 2 drinks were with it. the employee spoke no words but handed one drink and a bag of food with some gravy or other unknown mess smudged all over top of it.

This place is a total ripoff! Stay away! I just ordered delivery. I spent 45 dollars it wasn’t enough food to feed 2 people. I got 2 teaspoons of mac and cheese as a side. All the food was very cold.

I had a very disappointing experience with Boston Market. I placed an order in advance, hoping to pick it up after my kids’ swim class, only to find the restaurant closed without explanation. Despite their website showing that they were open, their open times cannot be trusted to be accurate, and their website won’t prevent you from ordering if they are closed. I had to spend additional time and money to find an alternative meal, despite having made prior arrangements. Although they eventually refunded my money, it was not a favor but rather something that should have been done anyway. However, there was no attempt to make up for the inconvenience I endured, nor was there any explanation or reassurance that this would not happen again in the future. I am still waiting for my money to be returned As a result, I cannot recommend Boston Market and give them a one-star rating.”

Guessing this location is next on it’s way out. Not sure if new management or what but Boston Market out of chicken in the middle of the day 2 weeks ago. No bread the week before that. Today, they are serving dry, old looking mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, soup, rice and (1) pot pie. NOTHING else. Don’t bother with this location. Wasted trip.
