I have gone to this Lake Underhill location many times being that it’s the closest one to my house. I never had an issue with the quality of food. But today, I picked up dinner for the family and it was all disgusting. I couldn’t even finish eating it. I didn’t even eat a quarter of it. The chicken was bland, the potatoes were undercooked, the corn was old and bland, the broccoli was soggy, the turkey super dry (they did not give me gravy), and the cornbread (if you can call it that) was dry and tasteless. The only thing that was semi-edible was the sweet potatoes and I couldn’t even finish that. I should’ve known when I pulled into the drive-thru and the parking lot was completely empty. I thought they were closed. The building itself looked borderline abandoned. Never again!!

I’m not particularly fond of writing negative reviews about any business but my experience here was absolutely awful. Personally it was my first time having Boston Market and I can clearly see why during my 28 years of life I’ve taken my sweet time visiting. I got a regular meatloaf with cornbread & 2sides which were mac&cheese and mash potatoes. First of all, the quantity for $11 was too laughable that my jaw dropped when I opened my container. I could’ve gone to Chipotle or to a long list of any other places and spend the same amount and get way more for my buck. Secondly, the quality of food was completely trash. I got two small pieces of meatloaf with small portions of sides. Their mac&cheese is hands down the worst I’ve ever tasted and this says a lot bc of I had school cafeteria mac&cheese. Very bland, it had zero flavor. It was basically just boiled pasta I was eating. The mash potatoes were OKAY and the meatloaf itself wasn’t that much better. A poor excuse for cooked meat. I got two large containers of gravy for I’m not sure what reason since I was only given less than a cup of mash potatoes. The cornbread was probably the worst of it all. Hard and obviously old so I didn’t even bother eating it. Very poor experience and super disappointing and I don’t plan on making my way back, at least not to this location. If I do give Boston Market another chance, it’ll be elsewhere. Don’t go here, save yourself the trouble and disappointment.

HORRIBLE customer service. Nobody was at the register upon walking in, after waiting 5 mins for someone to come from the back, he was dragging his feet and taking his time. When he approached, he didn’t greet me and had a sour pus look on his face. I told him I was picking up a catered order I had placed the day before and he just turned and walked away. He told a co worker and then they both walked to the back. After waiting another 5 mins, he yet again, slowly dragged his feet back over to me and said the other worker was working on it. I had to wait about 20 minutes for them to make my order fresh because I guess they forgot or just didn’t care to have it ready at my scheduled time. I’ve never ordered catering from Boston Market before and got the 80 count of grilled nuggets. Not sure what they usually look like, but I’m pretty sure from advertisement photos they’re supposed to have grill marks on them, hence, “grilled nuggets”. Looks like they were thrown into an oven or something. Maybe it was just the location, but I definitely will not be ordering from there again.

Ordered for curbside , number didn’t work , had to go in, good thing I did cause they were missing a meal. Also ordered the new rotisserie nuggets, those nuggets were just chicken chopped up and I can tell it was chopped up cause there was a bone in it ! Won’t be back.

Nelson and the night manager were so pleasant. The macaroni and cheese is a new recipe. It’s disgusting. The whole chicken was still pink on the breast. The corn bread was so dry. Seems everything was out. The brown gravy. The new recipes are horrible. For several items.

I am pregnant and was craving boston market mac n cheese and mashed potatoes. Now, I have not been in a year or so, but NOTHING tasted like I remember it. The chicken breast was incredibly dry. The mac n cheese was COMPLETELY different-it was elbow noodles and had no taste. The cornbread was hard and dry. The mashed potatoes tasted boxed. I literally threw it all away. It was very disappointing.

My husband picked up a quick dinner last night. We’d have been better off picking up frozen dinners from Publix! The cornbread was rock hard and dry. It actually fell apart into dust when I tried to cut it. The Mac n cheese was worse than generic boxed Mac n cheese. Dry, tasteless noodles. The corn was so dry and overcooked. The mashed potatoes were obviously the instant powder. The whole meal was inedible. I am so disappointed. We definitely will not be back.

Store was run down, outside lawn/bushes uncut, dirty bathroom, A/C broken (very hot inside), out of some food items. Mashed potatoes were too dry, meatloaf was burned on outside, gravy was too watery. Used to be a great store. It has clearly gone down hill unfortunately.
