The cornbread had no flavor, my wife’s salad looked awful, the Mac & cheese, she could not even eat. She paid for a chicken Caesar salad but received a container with lettuce and cheddar cheese. She also had country fried chicken with white gravy which was tough as shoe leather and had hardly any gravy at all on it. We were very unhappy with what we paid for.

Baby where do I begin…. First of all that store is closed down! If u see it open call the police, those people are illegally working inside of that store and selling people garbage and stealing their money. The food I purchased today I wouldn’t feed it to my dog , that’s how disgusting it was. Normally I love the cream spinach however I was given cream collard greens instead and yes u heard me right cream collard greens. The sweet potatoes was mush with raw oat on top. The chicken dry dry dry . Stay away from this place, this is not authentic Boston Market

06/23/23— Purchased the Meatloaf and Sweet Potatoes . What a huge waste of money. What the hell went wrong with this place? We usually eat here 4 times a month but lately the food is just bad. The meatloaf was horrible and the sweet potatoes looked as if they were burned not the usual orange look. They didn’t have any chicken. The change in the quality in the food the Broken booth and leaking roof made it clear the company doesn’t care. Unfortunately ill be not returning.

Our visit was horrible. My husband and I bought 5 rotisserie chicken plates. First off, they barely had any sides. The spinach weren’t creamed, just plain unseasoned spinach. The yams were clumps of sweet potatoes without any sugar. But what we didn’t realize was that the chicken wasn’t completely cooked. We had to put our chicken back in the air fryer but even after that the chicken looked old. We ended up throwing our plates in the trash. Disgusting. Boston Market has lost our business forever.

So it’s been years since I’ve been here but my last 2 visits I came, was twice in the same week. The quality of food has went down dramatically since my previous visits. The chicken was ok. I feel like if you don’t season the meat while it’s cooking, it’s still going to taste bland regardless of what sauce you throw on top of it. The Mac and cheese was literally watery and didn’t even taste like cheese. The corn bread was dry and crumbled in the bag before I even got to eat it. Also I noticed the two times I ate there last week, I literally got sick. I ordered at 2 different times on different days, dinner and lunch. And had the same reaction both times. It could have been the way that they stored the food, the temperature, or something else. Either way I think it’ll be a while before I come back. One positive thing: the staff was really nice

So where do I begin. Last week 4-21-23 we had a BOGO coupon for Boston market so we decided to stop by for lunch. Lady ask us what do we want so ordered 1/4 white then she proceeds to tell us it will be 21 minutes before the chicken is ready. OMG so I ordered turkey because I didnt have 20 mins to wait on it. Today 5-3-23 we had another BOGO so we decided to try it again and it was NOT worth the time it took to walk in this place. They did have chicken this time but it was DRY AS A CRACKER. The corn was bland and had the taste of a piece of cardboard so I replaced it with mac n cheese and it did have a lil bit of flavor thanks to the cheese sauce. The mashed potatoes n gravy was about the same as corn except the gravy had a lil bit of flavor .The corn bread was cold and dry and had no flavor at all.. Had no sweet tea. Had no lemonade only soda to drink.. I WILL NOT BE EATING AT BOSTON MARKET EVER .. IF THEY DONT WORK ON THEIR FOOD IT WONT BE LONG THE DOORS WILL BE CLOSED FOR GOOD…
