I am not one to normally write reviews unless they are good reviews. I will start out by saying I have been coming to this specific Boston Market since I was a young child. I have always liked going here as a treat. Well today I took my sister and my girls there because we were doing shopping in the area.

I been going there for years. Why us barbaque sauce nor avail able there for my chicken. Also you cut back on the portions. Every time I go there new employees working you can’t keep people. Your food there has always been sitting for a long time and is dry. People love this location and trying to keep u in business but Corporate doesn t give a fam about good service there and don’t care about keeping employees or the overturn with new staff. Please give good service so this location stays open.

The hours said they opened at 11am. We arrived at noon. The door was unlocked but off its track. We slid it open and walked in and no one was behind the counter. When he came out from the back, he told us they weren’t open and we should not have opened the door and that he shouldn’t even serve us, basically accusing us of breaking in for opening an unlocked door during their posted business hours. We left.

Boston Market closed at Prices Corner, DE, so I went to University Plaza in Newark, DE. Food was good, but I wished they carried the Meatloaf. Ribs and chicken were very good, so were our sides, maccorni and cheese, brown skin potatoes, corn and creamed spinach.

Ordered two meals on DoorDash, seriously disgusting. There was so much gravy on the new flavorless mashed potatoes, it spilled on everything and out of the boxes. Corn was cold and mushy, and the chicken was dry and flavorless! Also didn’t get my slice of cake, this Boston Market has gone seriously downhill.

I ordered through Uber Eats. I’m missing an entire apple pie on my order. They also substituted items on my two meals without contacting me first. Now, I can’t call the store because their phone isn’t working. Uber Eats refused to help me!!!

It’s been about 1 year since I’ve been to this Location. This place is clean. Once I walked in around 4pm…. There was no line. I Ordered the 3 peice dark meat with veggies and yams. My order was done in less then 5min. The Guy who took my order was very courteous.

I used to come here once a month. Sadly, the place has really gone downhill. The establishment is not maintained and the staff has become crude and rude. On my last visit (which will actually be the last time I ever go here) I walked-in 30 minutes after opening and was told they didn’t have any entrees ready, and only some of the side dishes were available. I just turned and walked-out.

The last 3 Boston markets I have visited, Raleigh north carolina, fayetteville north carolina ,and newark ,delaware ,have all been unable to complete a simple order of half chicken with two sides of mashed potatoes. In each case they were either out of chicken out of mashed potatoes or out of gravy. The lack of foresight and planning in these stores is astounding.

Ordered on doordash multiple times and they’re always out of more then half of the items I order. If you don’t have the items available, call doordash and have them removed or turn your doordash option off altogether.
