We ordered two 3 piece dark meat combos with 2 sprite 20oz sodas. Instead we got two orders or ribs a piece of cornbread and an orange soda. We don’t even ear pork so that’s 30.00 down the drain. This is absolutely unacceptable

Great customer service. However, the soda fountain does work, there was no cornbread, no hot sauce and I’m sure that this chicken was not cooked today.

Hadn’t been to Boston Market in years decided to stop and get something to eat what a mistake the chicken was horrible and dry the sweet potato were watery and the Mac and cheese you can tell they mixed some old with the new I can honestly say I will never eat from Boston Market again and they didn’t have any cups for fountain drinks and the corn bread was as hard as a rock this was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE No chicken in the rotisserie cooker they were all in the warmer from being cooked early which made them hard and extremely dry . People work hard for their money Boston Market you have to do better with training your staff , customer service and definitely improve your products this is unacceptable.

I ordered chicken meal for 3 and requested the chicken not be cut. I had 2 red flags that I ignored. #1 all the Rotisserie ovens were off and clean. #2 the guy at meat station questioned my “uncut” request. At home found a leg had been sliced from chicken and it was the Worst Dry Bird I had ever gotten from Boston Market! I got this food as a treat for my 97 yo mother for our dinner. I called Boston market and complained. Manager said she would issue a credit but normally require food be returned. I expressed my appreciation for the no-hassle refund of $30+ to be made to my credit card. I am sure she remembered which customer I was. Going back to the store that evening wasn’t an option, because I have difficulty driving at night. So since the refund was coming, I would not post a negative review. Well after 3 weeks and no refund…negative review and I will not be returning. DONE.

Absolutely terrible experience all around. No greeting, no hi how are ya. Tall guy taking the food orders just says what you want. I tell him I’m ordering 4 platters and he rolls his eyes like I’m not spending money to fund his paycheck. After the 3rd one he goes are they all chicken? I say yes and he says why you aint tell me that from the beginning. Dude was an exemplary customer service representative for BM. Ill never spend another dollar there for the rest of my life

The service was good but the food was tasteless. The mashed potatoes had no taste and were bland. The chicken was a bit dry. The food has definitely gone downhill.

I order a 20 piece wings of difference favor and when I got home they both was burn where you could tell what was what. Not only was they unreliable burn but the chicken was so small it look like they kill a baby chicken. The food was so unseasoned but it was unhealthy to eat. My whole family would not est. I call the store and ask for my return. I will be there tomorrow for a refund and to talk to the manager about how the food look no care or love was put into the food I received.

The employee was nice. But the food was so bad I couldn’t finish it. Dry meatloaf & the Mac and cheese and creamed spinach both tasted like water, no flavor or seasoning at all

Came here on Saturday 6/3/23 and there were two girls working which of one was helping me. She had an attitude the entire time and was really mean and nasty for absolutely no reason at all. I will never come back to this location.

Customer service is lacking and long wait times for curbside. Staff was rude and lacked communication when I called for curbside so I waited longer and received cold food after calling again to remind them I was still outside. Missing chocolate milk which was an up charge and all three sides of gravy. I wrote a message to store on the website and haven’t heard back.
