Food was decent, regular Boston Market flavored food. The people were nice, although it felt they may be a bit understaffed as there was one person working two line positions. The restaurant dining area felt bare. Less tables than normal and the soda machine had all but 2 sodas out of service, including the iced tea machine on the side. Next time, I’d prefer take out from this location.

I would rate higher, but I am unable to log into the site to order. The poor manager at Bethpage NY does not have enough help. She is doing an amazing job with her available help. She is unable to take orders by phone since she is too busy. This brings me to my issue logging into the website. I cleared my browser cache and used different browsers, but even the phone’s browser exhibits the same issue. The authentication service has a problem with my account. I may not be buying Boston Market for a while.

I’m very dissatisfied with the food. Country chicken dinner is supposed to come with white gravy. I got some light brown gravy with no taste. The portions are so small for the price. Mashed potatoes were cold. Corn was dry. Everytime I go there they don’t have all the menu items. No turkey no pot pies etc…I will not be returning. Not worth the money.

Standard options, neat and clean, spacious interior. Wish they were in a better location – it takes some getting used to in order to make the right turns into the place at a busy intersection, and of you miss the turn the time cost of U-turns is rather high.
