Today I made a vow to never patronize this place again. I walked in today and immediately felt an intense heat, actually much hotter than it was outside. No air conditioning, and this is nothing new, it’s been going on for years. I felt so bad for the employees who have to work a shift under these conditions. I would not blame them if they all walked out in solidarity to protest these conditions. It is an absolute disgrace!

This place is disgusting would never eat from there again took two bites, and threw the rest in the garbage. All the sides were over cooked, and when I brought it up to the manager, he simply brushed me off and said maybe it’s the steamer, not even trying to keep the customer happy. This Boston market is a disgrace to its franchise and should be closed or have a new staff put in. clearly the people that work there do not care about its customers.

The worst Boston Market I’ve ever went and I never that could be. The chicken had no seasoning and extremely dry. The mash potatoes had no flavor. They taste like hospital mash potatoes. The mac and cheese was the only dish that was edible. My wife’s meal was the same as mine. No seasoning. The food was horrible. I felt robbed for my money.

I witnessed a lady being harassed by the cooks. The lady asked for hot sauce and was told they didn’t have any and I stopped listening and then I heard shouting and started listening in again and it seems to me that they treated this Hispanic lady rudely because she wasn’t white. They sold her some hot sauce after degrading her in Spanish between each other not realizing she understood them then they got upset when she called out their rude conversation and threatened to escort her out of the store
