After years of not going to Boston Market, we decided it’s time to eat at our favorite rotisserie chicken place. Sunday dinner crowd were missing even though this location is on right on Route 1 highway. Dining area(picture) are empty & seemed like table and chairs are sparse. We ordered half chicken combo with their new seasoning. I ordered Sweet Thai Garlic Rotisserie Chicken. Its basically sweet & sour sauce they put over the chicken. It overpowered my chicken. I had wish I ordered the classic recipe. Sides were bland. No fountain soda available(broken machine?) You can choose 16 oz bottle sodas( small refrigerator at the counter/ $2.99 each)

This is NOT Boston Market food! This place has the Boston Market sign up outside but this food is horrible… I have to say the rotisserie chicken was ok but the broccoli and mac n cheese was both flavorless and watery… Disgusting! They should be ashamed to charge people for this!

Food was terrible!! I ordered whole garlic and herb rotisserie chicken, garlic dill potatoes, and cilantro rice. The chicken was tiny and no garlic seasoning. Watched the guy pour, what I guess was the seasoning, over a couple small areas on chicken. Looked like he was trying to pour an extreme minimal amount and conserve it. Mind you I was charged extra for the seasoning. Nothing dill or garlic about the potatoes. Had to season and reheat at home. The rice, OMG, was old and completely dry. Either I throw it out or try to resurrect with some water and steam. If I wanted to do all that would have stayed home and cooked but unfortunately didn’t have enough time today. Looked like only two workers. Also looks like new ownership…idk. Regardless, I would not recommend anyone go there…ever. Money is hard to earn but if you have some to throw away don’t go here. Maybe just throw it out a window. I assume they stay in business because of their location on rt 1. Place Looked empty though. East Brunswick does a much better job. I won’t be returning ever again!! You can’t run a restaurant on old food and God knows what else. Ridiculous!! Unhealthy too.

The counter people were cordial. But the atmosphere wasn’t inviting. The tables and chairs were sparse. The soda machines were down, so they offered bottle soda in the on a countertop refrigerator! Your choices were water, cola, or lemonade. They gave plastic utensils with one napkin. If you needed more, you had to ask for them. They weren’t readily available in their own dispenser.

If I could leave 0 stars I could. Ordered a family meal for 6 and it was all terrible. The corn and stuffing were dry and hard, the mashed potatoes were sour and lumpy, the gravy was watery and the chicken was dry. They definitely left the food out too long, but were too cheap and lazy to throw it out and replace it with fresh food. They should be embarrassed and ashamed of themselves for serving people junk.

Typical Boston Market experience, however the food here could use quite a bit of improvement. I ordered their classic half chicken with 2 sides. The chicken came out to be luke-warm and it wasn’t seasoned very well, the broccoli I got was watery and it was rather flavorless and the the sliced potato and gravy was also not made very well. The potato was not cooked very well and the gravy was watery and it had a hard time staying on the potato slices. The corn bread here was quite good and the saving grace for this location. The service was pretty okay but the staff were quite friendly.

Just left and the atmosphere is really terrible. Not welcoming at all, it could be the tables spread out in no particular order and no customers sitting & eating. Chicken was probably the onoy good thing: corn was mushy, mashed potatoes & mac n cheese were watered down and runny. Staff were nice except the Eastern European man, who I think is the manager bc he wasn’t in uniform. While we were ordering, he was standing there very visibility and obviously staring at my girlfriend’s chest. He made the experience extremely uncomfortable to where we didn’t even finish our food and left. Personally, the East Brunswick location is much better all around- not looking to come back ever.

The food was fine. My only issue was once I got home I realized they had gotten one of the sides wrong in 1 of the 3 dinners I ordered in spite of me repeating my order three times and having the woman at the drive through repeat it back to me.

New owners, food has changed drastically, poorest quality food they can buy. Chicken looked like bleached, all sides are horrible, totally disgusting. Had to throw my meal in the garbage.
