Stopped in while shopping in the area. Ordered Meatloaf, sweet potato souffle, corn, and apple Cobbler. The Cobbler was superb. As for the Meatloaf and corn, they were not served warm and could use a bit more flavor. The souffle was tasty. So, overall the meal was ok. Once it was doctored up a bit and heated it was fine.

It’s hard to give a place a good review when it’s nothing to review. I went to Boston Market on April 29th at 7:45 pm they no white. I left and went to the Rt. 33 location (should’ve started there)!! Crazy me, I tried it again at the Olden Ave location (mainly because it’s closest), and sadly, once again, the choice was wrong!! They had no rosterie nuggets, lemonade, and gravy…wth. Over it, next time I get the taste for Boston Market, I’ll make that trip to the Hamilton location (rt.33).

I’ve ordered online from this Boston Market at least twenty times in the past four months. During that time, I’ve gotten undercooked chicken, missing items, and poor service. There is no sense of urgency at this location. You place an online order 10-15 minutes after saying you should pick it up and still have to wait another 20-30 minutes minimum to leave. It’s not busy, just poorly managed, and they are inadequately staffed. Managers have a carefree attitude about everything. How do you run a business with no cooked chicken prepared for service? AVOID this location at all costs! Drive the extra 20 minutes to the Hamilton location least your food will be ready upon arrival. I’ve witnessed employees eat lunch and go back to servicing customers without changing their gloves or washing their hands. I will follow-up with corporate to see if this is location-based behavior or the company’s culture. I now have to cook my meal thoroughly to avoid food poisoning.

Disgusting. The place literally looks like it’s closed down from the outside. Food is not up to par with typical Boston Market locations and it was one of the dirtiest locations I’ve ever been. I don’t think the bathroom had been cleaned in months (no lie) I’ve been in porto potties that were cleaner. Glad I’m not in this area often, so I’ll never need to return.

MaC was wet and not soft(or not cooked long enjoy. Sweet Potato Casserole was not hot, corn bread was cooked on the bottom but not at the top. So sides werent cooked long enough. The chicken was ok. Told the manager and she was willing to give me something for free but i denide due to those not being cooked. My first bad experience there.

I went to the drive thru I sit there at least 14 mins still no food I’m sitting there looks in the window the lady taken orders was preparing the car behind me order she drops there food picks it up put it in the container then looks at me she then goes to the side window view and starts to eat food by that time I pull around for a refund I will never order food in Trenton the workers nasy as hell in there I’ll take that ride to Hamilton any day then eat from someone who is not washing there hands poor customer service

I caught them on a bad day around 2 in the afternoon. They were out of almost everything and unable to sell me a normal dinner. Their computer also was not able to process the transaction and so we settled with a cash transaction.
