Guy refused to give me my mobile order until I went back out to my car to get my phone and show him proof it was my order but when I came back he didn’t even check my phone just gave me the order, just a minor inconvenience but it kinda pissed me off.

They always seem to not have dark meat whenever I go there. I guess too many people order it and they run out. The sitting area is very bare and minimal and doesn’t feel inviting to sit. It doesn’t look the cleanest, but it’s adequate to eat there. They seem to focus on take out nowadays.

First off when I walked in the door there was this very unappealing, nauseating, and atrocious smell! The guy at the register was looking at me up and down and I gave my order name he grabbed the bag, handed it to me and as I went to grab it he grabbed the receipt on it to see if my name was on it…honestly I was a bit stunned from it cause my hand was right there and he grabbed the bag almost grabbing my hand at it. Then the whole interaction was very awkward and he didn’t even say anything to me. When I got home the corn bread was fine, the max and cheese is terrible, mashed potatoes taste like from a box, the gravy wasn’t that great, the cilantro lime rice was alright but it ain’t taste like lime and then the chicken was greasy! I never had a rotisserie chicken so dang greasy in my life! The food was not good, I’m extremely disappointed. Plus the sweet mashed potatoes…for some reason they just don’t have at this location? Very weird overall I will not be coming back ever. Would not recommend to anyone! 0/5

Poor poor customer service. The guy seemed to be bothered when I walked in. No “hi” how are you”, nothing!. At the end I said “thank you”, and he still didn’t say anything. They look upset, like they don’t want to be there. At when I arrive home the rice was all burnt and also spoiled. Sounds unbelievable, but it’s not. Never going back to that place again.

I’ve never had a problem at this location. AlwYs a good customer experience. I ordered chicken pot pie. It was the last one. I was happy to finally get one as no location were serving them due to a shortage.

Food was expensive and the small portions. The LED screens were the menus are shown were inoperable. Only one worker and the manager were on duty. Boston Market will out of business by the end of the year. Very uninviting chain. Sorry.

I feel bad leaving a not great review but this is my 3rd time coming back to this location recently and everytime I walk in I feel like I’m bothering them lol it always seems like their about to close and not many sides to choose from and when I check online to see what time they close its 2 hours later!! Lol this location used to be on point everytime but lately it’s been bad. The corn is terrible! Like it’s been reheated 20x in the microwave . The mash has been so watery with a weird after taste and their always out of beef gravy! It’s so annoying lol the girl that serves is really nice though but the other workers are ehhh, not so friendly. Please fix these issues along with everyone else’s complaints, I would hate to see another Boston market close down.

I went there on Sunday at 6:00 PM ordered 2 large meat loaf dinners and after putting foot in container I asked for gravy. Was told they were out of gravy. The meatloaf was off taste. They were also out of mixed vegetables. How can you operate a business without the proper sides
