Boston Market really knows how to do holiday catering with ease. Go to their website and order online. It’s a bit slow but with some patience you’ll be able to check out and will receive a confirmation email for your order. When you arrive, let a staff member know you’re picking up and they’ll take you out of the line and have you wait at a numbered table for your food. I was helped and out the door within 5 minutes. Boston Market knows how to do Thanksgiving!

This location is one that we frequent. It’s quiet and “in the cut” which is what we like most for our home-style meals when we come here. Unlike other locations we’ve been to (to name one: the location on Central Park Av. in Scarsdale, NY), the food has always been good at this location and the portions are great. Neither my wife nor I have ever gotten sick from the food here.

Terrible service. My first time eating at a Boston Market. Ordered pickup and was handed a sealed bag by a lady that looked irritated that I walked in. She handed it too me and walked all the way to the other end of the store. I waited about five minutes and while she ignored the fact that I was needed service. She came about have way and asked for the 31oz cup I ordered so I could get my drink. She say she put a sprite(20oz) in my bag because the fountain machine wasn’t working and again walked as far away as possible. A male employee started shaking his head in disagreement with her and she told him what?, it’s not working. I can only speculate that she was too lazy to have made sweet tea for the location today which obviously doesnt come from a fountain machine. I’m visiting Greenwich and this is certainly not the service I’ve experience thus far. It’s silly but simple respect for people and common niceties goes a long way.

Got food from here on 2.1.23 and got severe food poisoning. I had already shared the food with a friend before developing symptoms and my friend also got food poisoning. It was the worst case of food poisoning I’ve ever had.

We like Boston market. Often when traveling we will look for one to patronize. Being handicapped it has been a great help to have delivery service available from this location. However this week was the second time that we’ve had a problem with an order. And will not be ordering from this location again. The first time they order never arrived and it took over two months and multiple contacts with the district manager and the store manager before it was taken care of. Most recently the delivery came and we were missing one of 4 meals and only two of the other 3 were what we ordered other items were missing from the order as well sides etc.Unable to get in touch with the store that night (no answer) I called the following day and was told that they couldn’t give any kind of a refund I would have to come to the store and pick up the items that were missing. When I said I wasn’t able to do that I only wanted a refund on the items that were missing I was told that only corporate could issue a refund and they would pass along the information and was assured I would get a call. I did not. Two days later still no contact. I called my bank and will dispute the entire charge. I’m sure it’s no big deal for them but to me it’s not worth the aggravation anymore. Will go to the one in Mamaroneck, staff seems to be more on the ball.

The manager is rude. He greeted everyone that entered the establishment except me, the only African American customer in the store at the time. I had to ask that my food be placed in a bag, nor did I receive utensils. The customer service at this location used to be amazing. I will not be returning.
