I love their rotisserie chicken, but I could not eat the sides that accompanied my meal on this day…

Rotisserie Chicken and sides were good. The service was friendly. Not sure what’s going on inside store. It appears like it’s about to close. Half the menu is unavailable and very limited selection. Went during typical dinner rush time and no one was there and staff was sitting down waiting for customers. This was a booming restaurant for a very long time

Horrible dinner!!! When I walked in I had a weird feeling. It looked like the restaurant is about to close their door. The whole dinner was a disaster I through it away didn’t even want to give it to the dogs. The chicken was dry, the mashed potatoes tasted like water the Mac and cheese was gooey in a bad way and the corn was dry and wrinkly. I haven’t been to BM in a while but it wasn’t like that at all. I purchased the meal around 4:30 right before dinner so you expect some chicken to be cooking and getting ready for the evening rush. The person there looked like he was alone. I think it’s going to close very soon. I’m very disappointed to say the least. I will not return that is for sure.

I used to enjoy Boston Market. Unfortunately this location has gone down hill since the pandemic. They have had staffing issues and now they have food quality issues. It has never been gourmet quality but a quick style dinner if you didn’t feel like cooking. The menus are confusing and I got the vibe from the staff they did not want to be there. Poor customer service and poor food quality I do not recommend spending your hard earned money. You’d be better off going to Whole foods or Shaw’s and grabbing one of their rotisserie chickens and some heat and eat sides for better quality at a lower price.

I haven’t been to a Boston Market in a long time so figured I would go for lunch today to try the Rotisserie Nuggets. There is a note on the door with a list of at least 10 items they are out of due to “supply chain shortage” one being the nuggets. So I’ll get a sandwich, nope not making sandwiches today (I guess no bread) so I get 2 pieces of the “fried chicken” it comes with 2 sides so mashed/gravy it is because Mac & cheese looked like soup, Creamed spinach looked stuck to the pan, broccoli looked overcooked, sweet potatoes did not have the marshmallows and those were the only choices. I asked for a fountain soda, oh they don’t have ice so it will be room temp, um no thanks. The girl cashing me out said that someone was out buying supplies, I asked if there was BM distribution center (I have seen the delivery trucks) she replied yes but they don’t supply everything like ice and bread because they like to buy that stuff fresh, wait what? doesn’t the ice come from the ice maker, oh it’s not working! she said that the distribution center is low on proteins and that is why they don’t have a lot of stuff. Sorry, I am pretty sure who ever does your ordering is not doing a great job. BTW, did I say I went for lunch so it was 12:15pm. **EDIT** nothing had flavor it was so bland, my co-worker got Mashed and Gravy as well and said it was so flavorless!

Been going to this location for years. Will no longer starting 02/26/23 after the disgusting meals I paid for. I’ve had better box mash potatoes than the junk they sold me. The turkey was straight flimsy rubber. The broccoli taste and looked like it came out of a can. There was no sweet potato casserole, which I’ve never heard of (Entered store two hours before closing). Customer service was worst I’ve experienced here. I always remembered the employees being really polite and respectful. They charged me for a large sweet potato casserole and forgot to mention they didn’t feel like making any. So was replaced with a drink and a side. I asked for raspberry lemonade and she must of heard raspberry tea. She had to pour out the tea and she began saying some mantra to calm down, like I did something wrong. Boston market fell off. Use to be one of my favorite places. So sad.

In the last 6 months I have stopped at the Garden City Boston Market four times and they have always been out of meatloaf. After not going there for about 2 months I decided to give them another try. That was a mistake. They had meatloaf but it tasted sour. The mixed vegetables were extremely dry and the cornbread was very hard. I think you should spend more money on getting a better management team or lock the doors.
