“Crispy” chicken with gravy is actually a soggy chicken patty. Cornbread is hard and dry. Ordered nuggets and got a chicken breast. Won’t be ordering from here again.

This is a convenient location however, they are heavily understaffed and the few that are working are definitely making the best of it to provide a quick service however…

What happened to this restaurant? First of all, its falling apart on the outside (see photo). We should’ve walked away with the condition of the store alone but we decided to give the food a chance anyway. We ordered chicken, creamy spinach, Mac and cheese, rice, corn bread and a brownie. The chicken was like leather. The rice tasted like it had been made with toothpaste, the Mac and cheese tasted like spoiled milk, the cornbread was grainy and hard and the brownie had the same toothpaste flavor as the rice. To top the visit off, there was no soda available and they were out of the refill packs. We ended up dumping two meals. We politely gave our feedback to the young staff who apologized. They hadn’t even been paid yet on a Friday evening. This restaurant will shut down soon but even if it doesn’t, they will never see us again!! Stay away from this store. I’m seriously now afraid of the little I did ingest. I hope I don’t get sick!

This location should just shut down their lobby and do take out and drive through only. As many reviews stayed. Inside is dirty and in disrepair. Ac doesn’t work. Half the menu is missing. Only reason for 2 stars were the two gentlemen working in these conditions. And the food was good. Not over cooked as some have stated.

I was so disgusted with the fact the place is mostly glass windows that are ALL greasy and gross looking no lie I didn’t even touch the handle with my hand I used my fiance work shirt. Then when entering and it’s warm out today about 72° currently a HOT burst of air hits your face as you walk in the door. The food looked like it has been sitting since 10 a.m. and it’s currently 6:10p.m. The staff looked like young teeny boppers that were giggling on their cell phones giggling not even acting as if we were there! We left without making a purchase even though we both haven’t eaten I’d starve before eating here.. we both would. Nobody even acknowledged we were there nvm that we were leaving. To make matters worse, as we drove away, we were in awe at the awful awful awful condition of the outside of the building and embarrassed we had come from the other side not noticing the chaos the outside of the building is in and how sadly this business all around has been neglected. I love Boston Market but would never ever eat at this one unless serious changes were to happen and I mean serious.

Sat in the drive thru for 10 mins, nothing. Nobody showed up nobody responded. I walk inside and found the only two employees at one of the tables, one on her phone and the other guy literally lying down. I asked if the drive thru was open and was flatly told no, to which I asked will could you guys put a sign or something and received an eye roll. One of the employees reluctantly got up to go behind the counter and there was almost nothing prepared. I could understand that if it was like an hour or less to close but this is 5:30 on a Friday almost a full 3 hours before you close. I just turn around and left not worth eating here.

I love BM but this location is just in need of some dire help. Boxes labeled keep frozen just stacked everywhere ceilings dusty and the help juggling like crazy to help the surplus of customers what’s Boston market doing time to wake up and take care of their business it looks like a condemned business

I was so excited to come across a Boston Market with my teenage son. It has been 20 years since the last time I ate there and was hoping to share sone of my great memories with him. I would have given it 1 star if not for the 2 super nice guys working there. Half the menu was unavailable, several fountain drinks did not work, the place looked barren and the door on the one working bathroom was literally peeling apart.

This Boston Market has changed drastically since the new owner took over. Filthy restaurant. As I walk in I see dirty streaks on the windows, then I walked on loose floor tiles and look around at spider webs on the ceilings.
