This location needs to just close and be done with it! The electronic menus weren’t working. The soda machine wasn’t working, they were out of ice tea. So the only drink available was water. They had a limited menu of three items for a main dish. And hardly any sides. There was only one other table occupied while I was there. And I can see why. They also didn’t have the correct size container for what I ordered so I believe I got half of what I would’ve gotten at any other Boston market. I paid $18 for one scoop of mac & cheese, 10 green beans, and some shredded chicken.

I typically like their chicken. Mine lacked flavor (ie maybe was not basted as much as they should have.) I also had the nuggets which were totally dry like tiny hockey pucks. We thought the “chicken cordon blue” would have actually been that but it was the same chicken with a pungent sauce on the side they didn’t taste right. Sides were good, service was mediocre at best. Person helping me has an air pod in her right ear and barely interacted with us. See attached pic for the general appearance and trash.

Normally it’s good but the chicken didn’t taste like anything and they barely had any food. Everything is out of stock, most of the beverages were out of stock. They only had like 4 sides to choose from. They blamed it on supply shortage but I’m pretty sure they’re closing the location we went to which sucks because it’s the only one in Worcester.

Last time I went to this restaurant they were closed because of no employees. Tonight, I went to buy 2 sides and 4 pieces of cornbread – runny mashed potatoes and overcooked broccoli = $20 The cashier agreed that it was too expensive and said she wouldn’t pay that much. The selection is poor – 4 side items discontinued and what is now a “large” side used to be “regular.” RIP OFF – Won’t be back!

Not good, not bad just average eats. Chicken tasted fine, Mac and cheese a little too salty, Creamed spinach was good. The brownie made up most of the meal.

The manager had to deal with a Karen, and handled it beautifully. Will be going back because of how she eloquently put her in her place. Love people who stand up for themselves and company.

The workers were very pleasant but the store was out of many items even though it had opened only an hour prior, there were signs saying it was affected by supply chain delays everywhere, and the chicken I ended up getting was very dry.
