The owner was so kind! You can tell when food and running a business is with passion. We were passing by on a trip and I used to get pickup as a kid all the time, and was extremely pleased to come again and still have amazing homestyle food.

We had a wonderful experience at this location! The food was great and Antron (the night manager) went above and beyond to make our experience a pleasurable one.

Antron and the crew made me feel at home when coming to get food for my grandpa. He was patient and was able to help my grandpa pick specific food that would go good together that he could still eat due to him being very elderly and having no teeth. Didn’t know the restaurant was where it was so I have to assume they don’t get the recognition they deserve. Will definitely go again when it’s time to get a good meal with friendly people.

I use to love Boston market, I haven’t had it in so long! I ordered $100 worth of food for dinner there tonight 4/29/23 and it was all horrible! Potatoes dry and taste gross/ no gravy on the bag. Sweet potatoes had hard pieces in it, corn bread was burnt! I will Never!!!! Eat here again and do not recommend it from Fitchburg

Boston Market has always been one of my favorite fast food places. Unfortunately, Fitchburg location is just terrible. The chicken is usually not cooked well, it’s either dry, over cooked or undercooked. They never seem to get it right. The sides aren’t bad but they only fill them littler more than halfway. Every other location I’ve been to fills it as much as possible. And the cornbread is usually my favorite thing there and Fitchburg always over cooks them. I really hope this place gets better management soon.

This restaurant used to be a rotisserie chicken place. Now it is a barbecue chicken place. It is “okay” barbecue chicken but it’s no where as good as rotisserie. Just be aware and temper your expectations. Things are different.

JUST ME
Ordered a “meal for 3” which consisted of 4 small pieces of chicken (used to be a whole chicken). It had 3 large containers with a small scoop of each side & 3 dried out, crumbly cornbread. I used to consider bringing home dinner from here a “treat”. This sad meal cost me $30 – cannot ever go back.

First off about half the menu was unavailable mid day on Sunday. The staff said the chicken dinners were available so that’s what we ordered. The menu board says chicken dinners come with 2 sides and corn bread. Only about 1/2 the sides as usual were available to choose from. Then we go to check out and notice the corn bread is missing. After asking, the staff tells us that they are out of corn bread so basically too bad for us. They tell us that the corn bread is a free item and is not included in the price of the meal so no discount even though it is included on the menu board. This is no way to run a business. The food that we did get was only so so, it seemed old, and somewhat dry. The interior decor of the place was outdated and run down compared to similar style places in the area. We won’t be going back which is a shame because we used to love Boston Market.
