This is a delightful surprise. Try the Caribbean Shrimp for wonderful spice or the Italian Shrimp’s blended flavors. And the Garlic Bread-delicious. The chef-Boss Lady who we did not meet is an amazing creator of every type of shrimp you can imagine.

The service was horrible, I had to ask if I needed to sit myself. My meal shown in the pictures was priced at 35.00 but served in the old school wood salad bowels. The sausage was actually a bratwurst and not a smoked sausage. I hope with time improvements all be made. I will not even begin to share my husband meal experience, needless to say he did not eat it, and the manager credit our ticket for his meal.

I heard about Boss Lady so I made my way up to Independence Center to support and give it a try. The Caribbean shrimp is really good. It’s full of delicious flavor and will leave you sucking your fingers. I will go back for this and will try other shrimp flavors. My broccoli cheese and rice casserole was lacking flavor and only a little bit of cheese. Surprisingly my corn on the cob had a weird taste. I think it was the green herb sprinkled over it. Calamari was over cooked and fried hard. My friend had the double cheeseburger and fries. She said it was good. It was a big burger. The patties were big, thick and juicy The fries looked good. The guy that served our table was really nice and checked on us several times. He had great customer service skills and so did 2 young ladies.

So let me tell you, this is my new spot when I want to get full off great food and have great drinks. The bartender, Jeremy, made the best drinks and has a great personality. The chef was very personable and her food was . I couldn’t eat it all so had to get a to go box. We ate at the bar, not too crowded. I can’t wait to come back and bring the crew. If you want great food at a great price, come on over. I would definitely recommend and I’ma nurse so I wouldn’t steer you wrong. Great place, great vibes.
