So gross!!! Everything! I didn’t reali,realize, I was ordering curbside pick up from John’s Incredible Pizza. It only says that it’s located at the mall. Not inside John’s. I wouldn’t have ordered it knowing what their pizza taste like. It was actually worse than how I remember it tasted the last time I took my kids inside there to play the arcade.

Food took longer than estimated. They didn’t answer the phone when I was at curbside to pick up. It took me 10 minutes to find the place to pick up in person because it’s actually John’s Incredible pizza.The manager didn’t apologize for not answering the phone. Food is edible, but it’s bland. Won’t be ordering again.

Ordered the wings, pizza, cinnamon rolls, jalapeño poppers and donut holes. Everything was delicious!!!! Tasted fresh and melted in your mouth. I’m so glad the flavor and quality met my expectations after seeing the photos. They also sent a cookie as a thank you and was also delicious. I will be ordering again.

This pizza is Detroit style, I was unfamiliar. It’s sort of like Chicago style but the sauce isn’t on top. This place was a nice surprise. The pizza was really tasty and a good size for 3 adults. This is a ghost kitchen inside John’s incredible. Pick up is on the back side, away from La Palma.
