My Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza was dry and overdone and the chicken strips were not the best I have had and my cheese garlic bread wasn’t that great either. For the price you pay for everything you should expect top notch food. I loved Boss’Pizza in the past and had in a long time so I thought I would order it but I won’t again. Sorry this was the worst food I had from any pizza place.

We ordered two pizzas, wings, and garlic/cheese bread. They forgot the garlic bread. Pizza was overcooked significantly, I’d argue burnt. The wings were barely cooked enough (think rubbery skin and almost pink center on the verge of poisoning you with salmonella). I had a stomach ache after eating a couple. The bill was $72 (without tip), and not even worth half that.

Ordered some for here, already payed for my items, got a call saying they didn’t have that item I said ok that’s fine I’ll take a refund, they offered me a 2l Pepsi instead as it was the same price, I said ok that’s fine. They said my food will be delivered very shortly, I waited 30m before calling and asking where it is and they said the driver just grabbed your order and will be on the way, employee wasn’t very nice either, she wasn’t being rude but definitely didn’t want to talk on the phone. So I waited… And waited… And waited about 45min later my food arrived. Food was hot and it was still good, however I didn’t receive my 2l replacement so I asked the delivery guy and he said he can run back to the store and grab it and come right back. He never came back and it was getting close to 1 am at this point. I placed the order around 10-1030pm. So I went to bed and I’m still waiting for a refund, try to call yesterday no answer, today no answer probably cause their closed haha. I will stop in the store when open and hopefully get a refund after a horrible service.

We ordered an xl meatza pizza. It arrived 75 minutes later. The box must have been dropped or held on its side, because the pizza was all jumble piled together on right side of box. Pizza was barely warm. Was very disappointed.

I orderd chicken, breadsticks, a pint side of beans, and a pint side of coleslaw. I waited for over an hour to get the order to find I was missing the pint of coleslaw. I called them back to get a full answering machine, tried again to get an actual person. She asked if I wanted it sent back out, and I said yes. I’ve been waiting so far for 40 minutes without having the driver back. Completely unacceptable service, will not order from them again and will not recommend any one else order from them either.

The hours for 26th street are not correct. When ordered, it was bumped to Minnesota Ave. Upon calling, they refused to do refunds of any kind even though order had not been started.

One of my favorite pizza places in Sioux Falls. We love that we can also get gluten free pizza here for our daughter with Celiac Diaease. No issues with cross contamination. The chicken bacon ranch is her favorite and we love the cheeseburger pizza! Garlic bread is delish too. Sorry our photos are of half eaten pizza. We just couldn’t wait 😉
