This place is amazing. I am visiting from out of town had them deliver pizza to my hotel room. The food was over the top delicious and the delivery driver brought everything I asked for. I can’t say that about other pizza places.

Only reason for 4 stars…is price…$18 for a 12″ pizza…ridiculous!! Pizza was good, crust was great. I had their Ruben pizza…seemed a bit short on the meat part…but it was super delicious!! Waiter was nice kid…he had hoghky recommended this pizza after i mentioned it. Clean place, roomy, layed back atmosphere.

I’ve been to Boss’ twice. Once fir lunch and had the boasted chicken. It was the best I’ve ever had and the portions were huge. Went again last Saturday for pizza and was very impressed. My new favorite pizza place. The restaurant is clean, the staff were very friendly and attentive, and we were quickly waited on. Prices are very reasonable. I love this place!

The boasted chicken was very good! We ate their twice, the second time it was a tiny (tiny) bit salty, but we still enjoyed it. Service was OK, friendly of sorts, and they were quick to let us know it would take 15 minutes to freshly broast the chicken. And indeed, it was freshly cooked! Well, it was a sports bar/restaurant, and for me there were too many TVs, but that is just my opinion, I like conversation over sports.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Boss’s Pizza and Chicken in Brookings, South Dakota, and I must say that my experience was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm by the friendly staff. It’s not every day that you encounter such exceptional service, and I couldn’t help but be impressed right from the start.

Placed a delivery order at 12:32pm at 2:02pm I missed a call from a personal cell phone. At 2:11pm I called and asked about my order. Was told they didn’t have a driver and they tried calling. Yea you called 90 min. After I placed my order and took $50 from my account. Absolutely absurd that this is okay. We order once a week. Well we used to order once a week. I’m done with this place

I would of given a five star but servers need to write down orders so they don’t have to keep asking what we ordered. Other than that everything else was good.

I was unfamiliar with this location, although everyone seems to really enjoy the pizza. Went during lunch and it wasn’t too busy. They seem short-staffed, which is fair given the recent opening. The employees were not familiar with the “Daily Deals” that are on the company website, and we were required to prove they were a thing. We finally got our order in around a half hour after arriving. The food was alright, although my mozzarella sticks had nearly no cheese in them, as it had burst out through the breading resulting in large cold chunks of congealed cheese. Not exciting considering that they were nearly $10. A bigger issue arose when it came time to pay. We all received bills that were far larger than we were thinking they’d be. They had not applied the “Daily Deal” specials that we had to prove were even a thing. I was also misled about the sides that supposedly “came with my sandwich.” The fries had tacked on an additional $3.11 to my already $12 sandwich. The ranch dressing was a whopping $1.55. There wasn’t much I could do about that, but my colleagues told the waitress about being charged full-price for their pizzas. She made a rather rude remark to one of them that I think was intended to be a joke, however when she returned our charged cards the pizza was STILL the full price and did not have the deal applied. Overall this was not a great first experience with Boss’ and definitely not the foot you want to get off on as a new restaurant. I don’t really intend to go back any time soon.

So I am here play darts and we wanted to get some food. I have been here for an hour and we were told someone was going to come take our order. This is absolutely ridiculous it’s not busy and they helped a couple that came in after us immediately.
