I asked for burrito no lettuce and tomato, and asked for beans & rice but they put it on the burrito, not a failure, but the guac’ was almost $7 bucks and 90% tomato and onion couldn’t find any avocado too expensive! Get it right folks, it’s not rocket science! Or close doors, I see other reviews are bad, you’re dropping the ball and have ability to improve! I called and Jineth was so matter-a-fact, no flexibility. I’ll go elsewhere…

I went there yesterday on my way to work. I ordered 3 carne asada tacos. Not sure what I got but was definitely not what I ordered. See pic below. Called and the lady that answered the phone was rude and wanted me to come all the way back over there to bring the food back as if she could serve it to someone else. She even verified that I was given the wrong order and everything. I told her I couldn’t come back at the moment because I was on my way to work. I asked her to refund my money. Of course she refused and was adamant I return food that I had already left with after I told her I would send her a picture because I don’t live close. Customer service is important and after yesterday it will be a while before I go back. If I go back.

Server was nice. Decided to try this place out with my daughter. Got a Stephen special for myself and a chicken quesadilla for my daughter. Cost was 27 dollars.. restaurant prices. The Pepsi was very thick with syrup. Poured it out and got Dr pepper. Food was delivered under 5 min and looked promising. My daughters quesadilla was greasy though and mostly went to the trash. My food was smothered in white queso. I love cheese but not mouthfuls of it.

Words cannot explain the emotions I am feeling at this moment. Pregnancy and food mess ups do not mix well. I ordered the BM burrito which ended up costing over $14.00. The craving for some decent carnitas was extreme. I have a feeling this wasn’t a mix up. I feel like this was some sort of mean intended joke. I asked for a verse salsa or a some sort of green salsa on the side of the burrito. Instead I had two whole green chilies placed inside of my burrito. I tried to call but by the time I got home they had closed ( I had ran other errands before going home.) My feelings are hurt.

The other reviews are spot on – BM is the correct name. It’s disgusting. We both ordered Steak tortas with no tomato (I asked for no avocado and Mayo as well). My first bite was a completely inedible piece of steak which ruined the rest of my meal. Tomato’s ruined my boyfriend’s. Fries were completely soggy. The other location was great but the one by the mall is NOT IT. We ended up throwing all of this away and going elsewhere – please don’t waste your money.

I went through the drive thru for lunch. Food was okay, nothing great and definitely not worth $15. Refried beans are basically liquid. As I ate, I discovered the container they gave me had multiple holes. Crazy they would think this is a to go box to serve a customer instead of throwing it in the trash where it belonged. I paid my money though, so I’m gonna eat the food. Will not be coming back, I’ll just hit up Taco Bell two doors down next time.

We were only 2 people in there. Server seemed annoyed that we were there. $10 taco salad was basically a soggy shell with barely anything in it. Chicken in it was chopped up thigh meat, after I specifically asked if it would be shredded white meat. Husband could only eat couple bites of his burrito. Said the beef tasted bad. Do not waste your time or money going here.

I ordered a burrito supreme through the drive-thru. It was the worst burrito I have ever eaten. First off, they didn’t even give me any sort of salsa to go with the burrito. Secondly, the tortilla was stale like you couldn’t even cut it. To make this experience worse, they gave me 4 sets of utensils and only 2 napkins. Half of the inside burrito was coming out of it. It was great as King Burrito, but since they have rebranded it’s NOT good anymore.
