First time here, it has a cozy atmosphere. Staff are really nice, service is great. I ordered the Mushroom burger, the patty was perfectly cooked and juicy, that when you bite into the burger the juices come out (good thing its served on a tray). I got the combo, drinks are not refillable. They have soft serve here too.. the fries are good..my daughter loves it here.. place is clean. They have a restroom (for customers only). All in all the experience was great and the price? Worth it.

DO NOT EAT from here. Got a food borne illness/food poisoning and was sick for days! Save yourself the money. We ordered through Uber eats and the first red flag was that the fries were at the top of the bag touching the drivers hand. A clean restaurant wouldn’t place fries like that in a bag to be accessed to potential contamination in the air. Secondly, the burgers weren’t cooked all the way. Cooked at medium with some pink and red. Immediately started having symptoms of an eye blur in the right eye, stuffy nose, migraines, and nausea. For the next couple of days I ended up vomiting twice and now about to go to a clinic. Reporting them to the CDC! Uncooked raw meat served to customers is uncalled for.

Good, albeit expensive, burger. If you like a good burger, it’s hard to go wrong coming here. I could have taken a start off for price, but I didn’t. Anyone who gives this place last than 4 stars came on a bad day (or is having a bad day themselves).

I ordered a simple cheese burger. It was great. It had a good balance of toppings and sauce. The fries were nice and crispy, and they give you a pretty good portion for the small. The sweet potato fries I tried off my friends plate were really excellent too, a bit on the sweeter side. We mostly chose this place because of its soft serve options, which was really good, creamy. Overall really liked it, would be nice if they would bring the food to your table if you’re eating in, but did not really detract from the experience.

Do not eat here. Burger bun was stale, even after toasted. Patty was unseasoned. Chili tasted like it was just ground beef in tomato sauce with too garlic. Fries are obviously generic frozen fries that weren’t even crispy. Boss sauce tastes like no sauce

Foremost, the quantity portion of the kids’s meal fries and salad is very, very minimal. For a burger place that is quite pricey, this was very disappointing. 1 small salad with patty, one combo hamburger meal, and one kids meal was almost $50. We wouldn’t mind paying it we enjoy the food and received good customer service. However, although the food tasted well, the customer service was terrible. The cashier did not charge my husband the combo price and only the hamburger. The difference is $3 dollars. When my husband said can I have my drink cup, the cashier said “I didn’t know you ordered the combo.” My husband said, “I’ll pay the difference for the combo.” The inexperienced cashier charges him 8 dollars for the difference and my husband then says why if the difference is only 3 dollars? He asked the “manager” and the manager said 8 dollars is about right and when my husband tried explaining that was not what is on the menu, the manager proceeded saying he’s not dealing with this and gives my husband $2 dollars and attempts some spare change from the tip had. My husband denies money from the tip jar and said that is not the point. The point is doing what is right. This was not fair and the level of customer even after paying so much for our food and having to eat it mad, was such a distasteful experience. They just didn’t lose a local customer, but they lost our respect and we will make sure to tell our community members not to support their business. Because if you treat their customers this poorly, they do not deserve our business. I hope the owners see this message and talk to their employees and make this right. This is the principle of being a fair and kind community member to local Albany residents. We came 10/14 around 1:30 pm

I am late to the party but great burgers with veggies, their bacon, blue cheese on a burger is delicious and an excellent soda fountain. Veggies were fresh and tasted like they were supposed to! Service is fast and a nice retro decor!
