6Pk BOSQUE LAGER
Inspired by German pilsners, Bosque Lager quenches thirsty palates without sacrificing depth and character. Where this straw-colored, crisp, and brilliant lager deviates from tradition is in a noble dry-hop for a bright and floral aroma.

GABF SILVER MEDAL WINNER 2016

$11.00
6Pk ELEPHANTS ON PARADE
Enough with the fruit nuance, put it out in front! Packed with raspberry puree and colored with a Sandia sunset, this unfiltered, American-style wheat ale is imbued with a light sweetness and tartness that complement the beer’s medium-full body.

WHEAT ALE WITH FRUIT

5.5% ABV | 12 IBU | 12 fl. oz.

$11.00

6Pk PISTOL PETE’S 1888
Where IPAs are skewed toward hops being front and center, blonde ales are a study in balance, refreshment, and malt profiles. 1888 is a brilliant pale straw-colored ale with a light malt sweetness and just enough late-addition hops to add flavor and aromatic nuance. Whether you’re new to craft beer or a seasoned connoisseur, this beer is sure to quench your thirst.

BLONDE ALE

GABF BRONZE MEDAL WINNER 2018

6Pk RIVERWALKER IPA
Few things are as uniquely New Mexico as our world-class IPAs. Riverwalker IPA starts with a light copper base of pale, caramel, and wheat malts, providing a medium-bodied backbone for our flagship IPA. But that’s just setting the stage for the hops where myriad aromatics and flavors are coaxed out of a blend of our favorite hop varieties.

INDIA PALE ALE

6.5% ABV | 90 IBU | 12 fl. oz.

$11.00
6pk SALT MONEY
Salt Money is a beer inspired by the unique culture of New Mexico Lagers, flavored perfectly with just the right amount of lime and a pinch of salt that captures the vibrance of the Springtime in the Southwest.

LAGER WITH SALT AND LIME

$10.99
6Pk SCOTIA
Scotia’s bold flavors and intrepid presence have become a thing of legend. With a deep amber hue and luscious viscosity, this juggernaut is heavy on the alcohol, caramel, and malt sweetness.

SCOTCH ALE

8.4% ABV | 25 IBU | 12 fl. oz.

$11.00
6pk HAIRSPRAY AND MULLETS
This beer really is a bit of a throwback, a very delicious throwback. John (head brewer) used a mix of 2-row and pale malt for the backbone with some honey malt for light color and flavor. We used honey malt at our original San Mateo brewery in our IPA and pales. The hop bill is sabro and some mosaic, which is balanced by a medium body finish.

AMERICAN PALE ALE

5.5% ABV | 35 IBU | 12 fl. oz.

$10.99
6PK SPACELION $10.00
12Pk ELEPHANTS ON PARADE
Enough with the fruit nuance, put it out in front! Packed with raspberry puree and colored with a Sandia sunset, this unfiltered, American-style wheat ale is imbued with a light sweetness and tartness that complement the beer’s medium-full body.

We love that it’s close to the university, and never that busy during the weekday. They have a lot of open tables and space, with some creative marketing methods to bring folks in such as trivia night and board game night! The food is good, but very similar to your typical pub food. Service was a little bit and miss though, only 1 server who was more focused on getting alcohol out then food which was a little sour around lunch time.

The most memorable part of my drive from California to Texas is, without a doubt, stopping for some delicious food and finely crafted beer at Bosque. I absolutely love the vibes at this spot. The staff are super friendly and they always show my doggo as much hospitality as they do to me while I’m sneaking him bits of their heavenly poutine fries out on the patio.

The gentleman that greeted us was friendly. We sat at the bar. We ordered the birria tacos and fried pickles. Absolutely fantastic. It is noted on the menu as well as a few signs to honor their three beer limit, which is fine with us because that is probably all we would have had anyway. When it came time to ordering our third beer (after eating a full meal there), we were told we needed to select a smaller size or a different product. We had no other alcohol prior to arriving, we weren’t belligerent, we weren’t loud, we didn’t knock over a drink (like other patrons that were clearly intoxicated did). We found this disappointing and odd so we left. While we appreciate and understand their concern for safety for everyone, a 6’4″ and 250 pound male wasn’t allowed to have three beers.

One of the better beers I had on a recent trip to New Mexico/Texas. This location was the closest so I stopped in one afternoon for a quick beer. The back patio area was nice and a bit shaded at the time and the service was quick & friendly. There’s also front patio seating.

Beer is good. The chicken sandwich is meh & the chicken nachos with elote (corn) are below average. They use canned corn. The chicken was some type of dehydrated shredded chicken, yet hardly any of it. Like paper. The cheese was processed. Just sad. The presentation was a fisod. Six years ago their food was better. Service is fine but this time they forgot utensils and plates. What is it with food in this country?

A really great stop. I’m glad we came here. The elephants on Parade wheat beer was awesome. I had the pulled pork sandwich, spicy but excellent. My wife had the Buffalo Ranch chicken sandwhich, too spicey for her, but she liked it. The margarita was very subpar, which they are not known for, but it was about $8.00 overpriced.

This cute lil brewery had a fine selection of brews, ales, IPAs, and a couple of mixed drinks. Customer service is great and their menus are newbie friendly. Went a little before they closed but they were still patient with us and even suggested a few drinks. You can’t miss this place, and they have a good amount of parking. I’d go again, and definitely recommend.

We were greeted at the door and asked if we had our ID’S. I’m in my 50s. She’s in her late 30s. Was not required to produce them but I assume laws required them to ask. Service was great except one aspect to be explained later. We got the vibe of an alternative lifestyle establishment which is fine. Except one aspect. We were treated differently as a straight couple and were only allowed two beers even after a full dinner. There were other patrons that were clearly served more and were spilling drinks down the bar. So beware. If you are straight. You may not be allowed to enjoy more than two beverages so they can move you along. Positive note. Food and drinks were fantastic. Just can’t enjoy it.

This is a great brewery. They have many tasty beers. It is probably a mad house when school is in session. While we were there they had a pretty good crowd and the bartender was super busy and the kitchen was backed up. But everything was really tasty.
