Don’t waste your money. We ordered from this place for the 1st time and it will be the last. My kids are pizza lovers and they barely ate one piece each. I had to bribed them to to finish it. Then after I sat to eat. I had to apologize to my kids. The pizza is horrible. I would have been better off making them ramen soup for dinner. Darn it! I could have saved money. So save your time and money. Order from Domino’s or Pizza hut. Hell frozen pizza is better than this place. Even the salads are sad. See pic below. That’s supposed to be a Caesar salad. Cost 7.95 for wilted iceberg lettuce and croutons. Didn’t get to try the spaghetti. They were out of noodles.

We’ve had food from this location three times. We ate in and the wings were AMAZING. And then we ordered them for delivery a few days later and they weren’t nearly as good. They barely had any sauce, and were super dry. We ordered pizza and the cheese bread for delivery and it was horrible. The pizza and bread were both cold. I had to put it in the oven. Pizza just lacks taste and just isn’t very good at all. The cheese bread was super disappointing. It was super hard and dry, just tasted like a stale load of bread with a cheese slice on top.

Having just recently moved to Colorado Springs from Baltimore, MD my husband and I were looking for a new pizza place. Borriello Brothers just happened to be up the street from our house so we thought we would try it. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the local pizza shop was absolutely fantastic! We were both extremely impressed with the quality and freshness of the pizza, absolutely delicious. They also have a fantastic selection of toppings and super easy online ordering. We’re both looking forward to trying other menu items in the future. We really lucked out to have such a amazing place just up the street. We found our new go to pizza place. If you’re a pizza lover, I can’t recommend them more. Delizioso!

I’m surprised by the bad reviews of this place. Maybe I’ve just gotten lucky, but every time I’ve come here it’s been amazing and the staff are always very nice. The wait is a bit long but the pizza is always fresh out of the oven, which explains the wait. The only downside is that delivery pizzas are never hot, but still good for the convenience 🙂

I ordered 3 slices of pizza and a salad. I was told the wait would be 40 minutes, when my order was ready there were only 2 pieces not 3 and no salad. I had to ask for the rest of my order. The pizza wasn’t warm, and my salad came after my kids were just about done with their pizza. The salad was missing a few ingredients. All of the employees were rude. I will not recommend this location. We wont be going back there. Also, as I waited for my order I noticed other customers orders were not right and taking a really long time.

I had gone yesterday after a few hours of shopping with my daughter to pick up a quick dinner; quick turned into an hour.

Upon coming in for the first time, we took a seat with menus to see what we would like to order. We had a large group of 14 and were given a good fair amount of garlic knots for free that were very tasty and the staff was very friendly. However, I’m there fore pizza and even though the pizza taste was ok it was very flimsy and I can’t stand my pizza pointed south when I’m trying to put it in my mouth. The dough was not cooked. We paid a total of 27 $ for 2 pizzas. We will not go back for pizza but I just might stop in for some garlic knots that were priced pretty cheap.

I love the pizza. The rest of this review is negative. The customer service is brutally painful. 25 minute time to pick up. Pizza’s took an hour instead. Employee did give a compt soda and cookie for the extra 35 minute wait.

Got food poisoning from a spinach and feta salad. It makes me wonder if the crew is aware of hold times and expiration dates. Tomato sauce tastes likes it sits in the can until it’s all. Poor quality food, because the lack of knowledge for proper and safe food handling. Check temps. Even on salads and cheeses. I know feta ain’t cheap. But would you really server expired feta?! I know got sick because of food safety guidelines aren’t met. I lived in New York for 7 years. The pizza doesn’t come close. Kinda disappointed. Papa johns can do better.

Great pizza but the service is questionable. I called in an order and was told it would take 30-35 minutes. I showed up 10 minutes early, paid my bill and waited. At the 60 minute mark, I noticed a few other people complaining and demanding a refund for waiting so long. I asked about my order (30 late at that point). The cashier asked my name, checked the warmer over and there was my pizza, just waiting for me to ask for it. No apologises offered. Pizza was cold by the time I got home.
