Y’all I did it again. I found an excellent restaurant I missed. Bori Burger @ 441 and Center Street. Right across from Bank of America. Just one block or so south of all those horrible corp fast food joints. I love giving my money to small Mom & Pop places serving up home cooking!! Open for breakfast and lunch. They are making the BEST Cuban sandwich I’ve had in 20 years, seriously. The staff was super friendly and efficient. The sandwich and rice and beans I got was delicious. So glad I found them. I’ve been looking for great Cuban food. The lady at the counter snuck in a plantain. I said I didn’t want because of the sugar. I was wrong, no sugar lol Everything was very good. I’ll be back again and again!! They close at 3 pm so get there early.

I pass this restaurant 2x a day to go to and from work. I decided to stop in today. I’ve been missing out! Dama was very polite and inviting. I ordered the Cuban sandwich combo only $ 13. You have a choice of plantains ,sweet plantains or a salad if you don’t want fries. It was very good the pork was juicy and tender. I forced myself to eat the other half because it was so good.I will be back for sure

The ladies there are great! And, the food is A-MAZ-ING!!! Awesome Cuban sandwiches. The bread makes the difference. I’m going there every chance I get!!! Three booths inside and two tables outside. Get there early for a seat or get it to go. Good people. Very clean. Great food! Highly recommend!!!
