I’m staying as a guest at the Crowne Plaza in Lansing MI for work and have stopped at this restaurant 3 times and all 3 times I’ve experienced wonder staff extremely courteous and helpful. I ordered dinner tonight with a Caesar salad and most times the salad will come out without anchovies and so I asked my waiter if they had any and he went back and brought me a plate of excellent tasting anchovies for

I am in town visiting for a work trip this week. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger to-go, with the house chips. The food was very good; great flavor, served hot, and a large portion. Ben, the bartender, did my order and provided excellent service. The other bartender Joe was great as well and grabbed some extra sauces for me. I will definitely eat here again on my next trip here.

I reserved a table for me and my new fiance, (we got married the day before) and had our first dinner out as newlyweds at the Bordeaux. Mindy took great care of us! She new it was a special dinner and gave us our own private room. 🙂

The service & ambiance was great! Mindy, our bartender was attentive & makes a tasty margarita. She also had excellent recommendations for various menu items to try. Butternut risotto, wines, & dessert were one of the best parts of our stay.

The food quality and portion size is not in line with the price, which is high. Additionally, our server/bartender seemed more interested in making small talk with the only customer at the bar than attending to one table (we were the only ones eating at that time). She wasn’t rude, just seemed disinterested. Hard to justify eating here when there are so many other affordable and delicious dinning options close by.

Mindy is an exceptional server/bartender. Last year and this year she waited on me. She’s attentive to everyone and is always on the go whether she’s serving someone, making drinks or cleaning. The food is amazing(bacon cheeseburger), the house chips and dipping sauce to finish off a meal, oh yeah. Keep up with the great food and Mindy, keep being a top notch worker

Went to a wedding reception here. Wonderfully and tastefully decorated hotel. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Drinks were strong and delicious. Restrooms are very clean. The food was good and plentiful. Plenty of parking. We had a great time. Would recommend for an evening out or rent for functions.

Amazing place to eat but fell massively short with their bahn mi. This type of sandwich is super hard to find authentically made and was hoping with how amazing the steak was the bahn mi would follow but it did not. I wanted to substitute the tofu for chicken but instead of using French bread and creating a real bahn mi I got a chicken wrap with a spinach wrap. Seriously disappointing but I may have had way too high of expectations
