One of my favorite spots to grab a bite at lunchtime in Seattle’s Georgetown is BopBox. Here they really know how to coax flavor out of vegetables and proteins. My go to is the Bento Box with spicy pork. But I’ve also had Mom’s Medley with grilled chicken (hold the egg) and love that one as well. The medley of vegetables is served over a generous portion of mixed grains containing expertly cooked rice. In a dish that can be bland in some hands, everything contained in the dish(es) explodes with flavor. If you wish to amp those flavors there are several different sauces to choose from. For the Bento Box I choose a jalapeño soy which I use as a dipping sauce for the spring roll and tempura kale. I chose the miso-tahini sauce to drizzle over Mom’s Medley. To round out my meal(s) I always get a side of their sweet/spicy, crunchy pickled cucumbers which are not to be missed. Seating is limited, but the meals travel well as carry out. Give this place a try the next time you are in the mood for Korean.

During my Uber Eats delivery for a customer, the smell of the order was like omg very yummy . So, today, me and my hubby decided to take upon this lovely establishment and try their yumminess. We ordered the Mom’s Medley Bibimbop. My protein choice was spicy pork and his was braised tofu cuz he is a vegetarian. I have to say but it was absolutely delicious and amazing and the sauce was so so so on point. Highly recommended! Also, great customer service. Please check it 🙂

Decent Korean food with right portion. I enjoyed bento and loved it had little of everything. Bulgogi was well cooked and marinated. My only complain was that even though I chose no cilantro, salad and spring roll had cilantro.

We order delivery from BopBox at least twice a month, it’s always consistently some of the most beautiful and delicious food I’ve had in Seattle. Everything is plated and packed beautifully, not just thrown in a bowl. Their vegan options don’t feel like afterthoughts-the tofu is seasoned and cooked well and the fried kale is literally the best preparation of 1) kale and 2) something fried I’ve ever had—so airy, crispy and perfectly seasoned. I love supporting this restaurant because they constantly deliver on point and it is worth every penny.

WOW. A very good selection of vegan options (tofu on the menu!) and super-fast, friendly, efficient service. Our family of 4 were impressed! I wish we lived nearby. We had the Bibimbop Mom’s Medley x 2, Japchae Bop, and Yakisoba. We all loved our selections and when we shared a few bites, we all loved everything. This is highly unusual for our picky family. Highly recommended!

I love this place. My usual order is the moms medley with cauliflower rice and it never misses. Service is fast, food is delicious, and it’s nice to grab and go while sitting outside on airport way.

I wasn’t feeling well and ordered the Bento Box with Spicy Pork along with the Millionaire Bar! The service was fast, it was a little surprising especially since it was a delivery (via UberEATS). The food was so yummy, it perked me right up! I was a bit hesitant on the tofu spring roll as I had a few bad experiences with tofu but when I ate it, the tofu spring roll was delicious! It’s unfortunate there was only one piece. The Millionaire Bar was delicate, the layers of caramel and chocolate were a lovely combination and complimented the shortbread well, definitely a treat! (A much better, “healthier” option to Twix haha)

Stumbled upon this new Asian restaurent in Georgetown and was immediately drawn by the cute interior decor. The food did not disappoint! Flavorful Korean/Asian inspired dishes. House made kimchi is delicious. I highly recommend the pork belly, 5/5!

As far as hipster Korean restaurants go, this is IT. Perfect place to introduce your white friends to korean food (in a good way). Get the bento for the most variety!!
