MY GOODNESS I must say!! I drove 30 minutes to try the food here. Well as you can see I CLEAN the plate! I ordered the catfish and shrimp w/cabbage and hushpuppies! The seasoning/batter was tremendous the cabbage I could all day! Oh can’t forget the sweet tea was on point for sure! If you’re ever in Houston checkout this hidden gem. You will not be disappointed trust me!

The owner was very welcoming and appreciative of our business. Even though it was close to closing time he gave great service. The food was phenomenal!!! The pulled pork sandwich and the brisket sandwich were both delicious. Now the rib plate with collards and potato salad or the Cajun rice…be ready to have the meat slide off the bones. Definitely stop in and give this place a try.

Well…the establishment was clean and decor was nice. The food was average. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich and fries. Sandwich was more bread than meat. Meat did have a sweet flavor which I loved. But the French fries treated weird. I may try them again if I’m in the area.

Wow! I tried this place for the first time today, and I am so glad I did. The food was amazing and the staff were super friendly. Ordered online and my food was ready when I arrived. I got the smoked chicken with Cajun rice and green beans. Everything was delicious. I will be back soon. Give them your business and you will not be disappointed.

Food was DELICIOUS! Staff was so friendly and made you feel welcome. Hidden gem worth the time to go and get some amazing food. Had the ribs, collard greens, cabbage, green beans. Kids had wings and burger, normally picky eaters, but the table was in dead silence! Nothing was sub par, absolutely NOTHING.
