The Bar & Grill is fantastic, but what most people probably don’t know about is the RV Campground portion. It is a new park with 21 spaces. The hookups are 50/30 amp electric only, but water can be accessed from most spaces with a longer hose. They did a great job with the layout and landscaping. The park has a very natural feel and blends in beautifully with the North Minnesota woods surrounding it. We have a 45′ triple axle toy hauler and didn’t have any problems getting parked. Bigger rigs will most likely want to stay in spaces 1-14.

Staff is very friendly. I highly recommend the Pepper jack cheese and macaroni bites. I had some as a snack before we headed to Voyageurs. They were so good, that I ordered more for dinner.

We sledded 30 miles to have lunch here and it was totally worth it. They have Surly IPA on tap. The appetizers were a lot of different types of delicious balls: garlic balls, cheese balls, boondock balls and the legendary steak bites. We ordered all the balls and Rachel gently cupped them like farm fresh eggs. The burgers were dripping with juice and the onion rings were super round, soft and tasty. We will definitely tell everyone about this place and we’ll be back. Pro Tip: Rachel knows how to serve those balls.
