Stopped on our way to Branson and we were very glad we did. The jambalaya was fantastic, you must try it. Gumbos were good. The pulled pork sliders were amazing would absolutely get those again, they were served with delicious hush puppies. The hubby got the brisket burger with sweet potato fries and loved it. They serve the sweet potato fries with a praline sauce that was to die for.

the food was spectacular! I ordered the Boss Hog rib sandwich, and my husband had the Boondock burger. we shared an order of boom boom shrimp. the Boss hog was out of this world!!!

Everything I had was delicious. Hushpuppies had a nice spice to them, fried apples were sweet, sweet potato I added honey and was delicious. Chicken was hot and juicy. Only thing was understaffed so took forever to get food.

Lovely evening with friends. The Hurricanes are tasty and strong! The cheese and napoleon waffle fries were fabulous. For the meal you must try the Parmesan crusted chicken on pasta.

I had the fried catfish which came out hot and crispy just the way I like it! Our table shared the fried green tomatoes, fried pickles and onion strings. All were really good, but the onion strings were my favorite. They were lightly breaded and crispy. I thought I was too full for dessert until my friend ordered the bread pudding and offered to share with me. OMG! That was absolutely the best bread pudding I’ve ever had – even in New Orleans. I dinged them just a smidge on the atmosphere because we sat on the porch and the music coming from their speakers was too loud. Our waitress was very attentive and kept all of our water glasses up to the brim. She was very knowledgeable about the menu. I HIGHLY recommend you try Boondocks!

I went with my wife and sister in-law and one of my girls. We all ordered different meals, food was delicious and hoton arrival. Our server was very helpful and a tentative. Fun atmosphere, good music. We will return soon !!!

Our server was lousy. She never checked on us. Refilled our daughters drink when she took our order. Never asked us if we needed one. After our food was served she did not check on us. When she finally brought our check. We were finally able to ask for some condiment. My husband ordered a sweet potato for his side. It taste like they poured vinegar on it. Super sour and not enough butter and brown sugar. Would do the trick. Coleslaw was bland. Great hush puppies. Mine and my daughters food was good. For the type of restaurant. The food should have had more flavor. I wish we had the server at the table in front of us. She was very attentive to her customers. Helped suggest some food. Checked on them several times. It was a slow night so there was no reason for our poor service. She can sure take a few tips from that other waiter for sure.

Great cajun recipes in Fort Smith. Wife got the ribeye, not impressed. More like skirt steak for $30. I got blackened catfish with crawfish Shirley. Awesome flavor. They weren’t busy so our waitress was very attentive. Will definitely be back to try other items.
