We followed Eddie from his previous restaurant in Bergen County. We found him here! We ordered our favorite go to Beef Chow Fun, beef fried rice (ask for Chinese sausage as the protein) and our new favorite crispy pork with cheese and crispy rice. It was soooo good! Not too greasy, lots of beef and noodles, fried rice was perfect, nothing was too salty. Just so good. Still better than traveling all the way to Chinatown!

It’s nice to see a family owned business in the food court. It’s tough to compete against all the other chains. The workers are super friendly. Though the food did take 10 min to make. They made it fresh (not like other places in the food court that pre makes the food and it sits out). It came out piping hot. So so hot. The seafood soup, original is probably the best thing to get here. My husband has had it twice and really likes it. It’s big and has a shrimp with its head on, calamari and mussels, zucchini and other veggies. The flavor of the broth is good. I got the chow fun noodles and I liked the noodle texture. It was too oily though and the chicken, while it was good quality was too salty. I wish there was a vegetable in the dish also. $30 for two meals is not bad. We could have also split one, they were pretty big.

The food is great. I highly recommend it. Even though it’s next to Chik-Fil-A and Pop-Eyes, it’s completely different. They have very good chicken wings. Extra crispy and actually JUICY unlike most pork chops you can find. It’s a hidden gem in the food court. I also recommend the crispy pork with salt and pepper seasoning. Will absolutely return for the food. The staff and owner are super friendly.

These were some of the best bone-in wings I can remember EVER having. Hot, lighted breaded and crunchy. Service was quick and friendly, and I had my food and was munching away happily before some customers had even made it through the line at the adjacent Chick-Fil-A.

Being Korean I was excited to see a Korean food place in a mall food court and I was pleasantly surprised with my experience.

Food came out good! Beef chow fun here is definitely better than average Chinese takeout restaurants. Toufu soup is freshly made and authentic. Curry fish ball is surprisingly with stewed daikon and pork skin which makes it very traditional. The owner/ chef is a very nice guy. I can tell he has great passion making the dishes and he even walked to our table for feedbacks. Will come back again!

I love this place, and their fresh, piping hot veggie jjajangmen, or black bean noodles. And the owners are so friendly and sweet. It feels more like home-cooked Korean comfort food than you can usually get at any stand-alone restaurant.

Wow! In a food court where Chick-fil-A, Popeye’s, Panda Kitchen, and Shake Shack go to battle daily, Boom Fryer is the real champion! The signage does not do justice to the great Korean food and warm, friendly service you will experience.

I ate jjambong spicy seafood noodle soup and fried fish. It was tasty. The noodles comes out with lots of seafood and veggies. The portion is a lot and not that spicy for average Korean’s taste. Fried fish was fresh and pretty good and it would be better the sauce separately not mixed with the fish.

best fried wings I have ever had and tofu soup. small business, and owner was extremely nice, checked on me to see if the food was good. Reminds me of my dad and our small food business growing up. Definitely coming back. Most Importantly food is fresh and clean, did not feel bloated after eating.
