Been coming to this spot since I was a kid. Changed ownership AND recipe for its famous pizza/slices….. They had 0 flavor but the crust was still crispy. Price increase and flavor decrease not a good ratio here. 2 slices $9.35….

They are terrible. I went to them before and bought a cheeseburger, was done, but not the best, and trying to patronize the black owned business. You know prizes already high. They do not know how to run a business. Went today, but called first asking for the hot dog special everything, extra mustard and the slice pizza combo special which should have cost just under $20, but because, according to them, they were robbed, cash register, which need to be reprogrammed for specials, and they charged me the regular prizes. Now, why couldn’t they not tell me over the phone when I called that I would be charged regular prizes? Oh, and they made me late getting back to my job because “They sent the cashier out to get the mustard”. I am through with them and told the rest of my work crew, go at your own risk! Never again!

Slices are better than a whole pizza. Very good sauce. I will get 4 slices for $20 vs a large square cut. Trust me, it’s worth it

Ok Arnie’s is now under new ownership. The new name is going to be Boogie East. Pizza is very good. Service is fast. Arnie’s Pizza is now Boogie Eats. New ownership better food. The food got better but, they don’t always have the food available . Sorry about that statement the pizza is not the same it got worser.

I was eating this pizza when it was Arnie’s for about 35 years. Now that there is a new owner the pizza is terrible due to the fact that they don’t put any meat on the sausage and cheese pizzas. I brought one on 7/25/2020 and there was maybe 7 small pieces of sausage and they tried to cover that up with too much mushroom. Sad but I will have to start going to Beggar pizza in Blue Island now. For my 20.00 dollars, I felt like I got robbed.

I will never spend my money here again. I ordered my food at 10:27 and didn’t get my food until 11:52. I called the delivery service SLICE at 11:16 asking when will the food get to me he said to give them 10 mins no one shows. I gave them until 11:38 before calling back they then said my food is on its way that’s all they can say it’s up to the restaurant to prepare and delivery the food at that point I didn’t understand why they were the contact for my order. So I then call the restaurant at around 11:40 and they tell me your food will be there soon. By the time I got my food it was 11:52 and I was missing items I had paid for and my pizza was wet and soggy! And if I could have not given them a star I surely wouldn’t have.

Never I’m my 34 years I every came across resturant like this. They took $22 from me last night. I ordered food from them on grub hub @ 11:08pm and they never delivered it. It said food be @ your house @ 12:15 – 12:35am. It’s 1:06am and still no food. I would never order food from this resturant again. They robbing disabled people now I see.

Great pizza when you get it, It taste 20 mins for pizza to come out. Rarely are there slices available as 1 of their features. Service is really slow, lack of staff and comprehension of orders placed.

I just left Arnies and we were standing in line waiting for our order to be taken and a woman comes in with a piece of pizza saying oh can I exchange this pizza for one with some more sausage and the woman was like oh what’s wrong with the meat and she’s like is not enough meat on there so the woman behind the counter proceeds to take the customers pizza and put it back in the warmer with the rest of the pizza. I look at my boyfruend like OK she just put that pizza back and that woman/customer just came from outside with it and they both were moving the cheese around on it looking for sausages before she finally just gave the customer a new slice. It was true she did so I proceeded to get a refund for my pizza and she’s asked why…i said I don’t feel comfortable about eating from here…..and walked out….
