Incredible! Old school lounge like feel with fantastic food. Classic dishes like escargot, shrimp scampi, table side Caesar salad, steak Diane, and more. All of the food is prepared incredibly well. Service is top tier and attentive. Such a special spot.

Had a great first time. Not busy and Joe the bartender was great with attention. Enjoyed the three different drinks and meal. Got a negroni to start, had an oatmeal stout, and then had a nice wine paired with my chicken picatta. Can’t wait to go back.

This wonderful place is like walking back through time, to a different era where people were friendlier, the decor just dripped of class and old school taste, the drinks are, as they say there, a country club pour, and the food is absolutely spectacular. This is the sort of place where you drive by a hundred times like I did, is it stuffy, is it like black tie, is it the sort of place I would like? And then you finally go there, and it’s like you’ve been going there for years, every time you walk through the door. I have never had a bad experience here. I have always immensely enjoyed every time I’ve decided to go to boodles. If you know, you know, and if you don’t know, you need to! Come as you are, for any occasion, or no occasion at all. You will be welcomed you will have the best meal, the best time, with the best people, in the best place.

This place has so much potential but right now it just doesn’t use that. By just driving by You wouldn’t even there is a restaurant at that corner. I must admit the construction works don’t make it easy right now, but come on.. a refurbished sign or something would help a lot.

It really sucks when you have a great server but the food is just awful. I was told the food here was good, but the Ruben my friend ordered was full of meat so dry it was inedible. The bread was burnt. We ordered an appetizer of ribs and they were overcooked and covered in what tasted like cold Sweet Baby Rays.

Amazing service, we had a great waitress that was friendly and knowledgeable. I had the French onion soup and it was probably the best I’ve ever had – definitely recommend trying.

Had the Berkshire porkchop and it was amazing. Perfectly cooked through and juicy throughout. Potatoes were full of flavor especially when you cut the chop on top of it. Everything was cooked to perfection and flavorful without any taste of salt. Friend had the duck and it was easily the best duck I’ve ever had. No grease, no fat, great size portions.

I thought this was a pizza place for 10 years. Passed it every time I got off the freeway thinking “I should try the pizza there”. Anyway, a buddy of mine and I went the other day thinking we’d grab a beer. We ended up getting whiskeys and surf and turf. 5 stars across the board.

It started out well just before 6. The moment the dinner rush started our service fell apart. We started with drinks, the French martini is good. The old fashioned however which they have on their menu as one of their 6 cocktails was sad. It was an orange slice, Maraschino cherry smashed, and simple syrup. The crab stuffed mushrooms they had on special came absolutely covered in sauce really hiding the crab flavor but overall still very good. Our table side Caesar guy walked away halfway through and our waitress had to finish. This was really the star of the night with a close second to their fresh bread. The lobster ravioli was good (also a special) but they mixed in so many red pepper flakes that that’s pretty much all you tasted. It was a decent palomino sauce but I ended up having to scrape out a lot of the flakes which took a lot of the sauce with them due to the melted cheese grouping it all together. After that eating we sat for quite a while before we were brought boxes. Then disappeared again for a while as we waited for the bill. Our waitress was incredibly nice but once they got busier she just didn’t keep up. An hour and a half dinner with a drink each, an app, the table side Caesar, lobster ravioli and my fiancees eggplant Parm (nothing to write home about).
