This was our first and will probably be our last time. We ordered Brunswick Stew and it was awful. He didn’t have any flavor and the amount of food we received wasn’t worth the price we paid for it for it to have no flavor. We had to put some barbecue sauce in it so it was at least have some flavor. I ate maybe three bites of mine. I ate the toast that came with it. The meat that was in the Brunswick Stew tasted old and was dry. Some of the vegetables in the stew was not cooked. They were crunchy.

Jodi was our waitress (at least that’s what it says on the receipt) and she was amazing. Great service. We’ve been trying to find a good Bbq a place forever and I have no idea why we haven’t ever been here till recently. We were pleasantly surprised by everything. Everything we had was great. The pulled pork, Mac n cheese, the sauces and even the beans were great. We will definitely be back!

We came here and had brisket with hush puppies, collard greens, coleslaw and a side salad. The brisket was smoked to perfection and the sides were fresh and tasty. The hush puppies stood out! They were AMAZING! The only complaint I have is the size of the meat portion. They were definitely on the small side, even though we ordered large platters, but it’s definitely not a deal breaker. The sauces are really good, and I recommend the sweet and tangy sauce. We highly recommend this place and will be coming back!

Beef brisket, pulled pork, smoked turkey, sausage, and ribs are great! The large 3 item combo is the way to go. Kids meals are good size portions for the little ones. I was very impressed by the pulled pork. Sauce is definitely optional. All the sides we’re good. We had Brunswick stew, grilled corn on the cob, slaw, fries, and mac n cheese. Take the entire family out for a great meal. Our favorite sauces start with, Sweet and Tangy, Hickory Red, Smokin Hot, and then The Original. Give them all a try.

Not sure if it was an off day or what, but I’ve never had a situation where I could literally not eat BBQ ribs. The ribs were so small, dry, and tough you had to rip it off the bone like an animal. It had the consistency tougher than the toughest beef jerky you’ve ever eaten. I tried to eat one and gave up on the rest. My teeth aren’t built for this. I’ll stick to the other BBQ joints around here.

Food and service has always been great. BBQ pork is excellent and their burgers are huge, delicious, and a well kept secret! Definitely one of the best burgers in St Augustine. Great fries too. I’m.a weekly regular here. Free wifi to boot.
