Nice setting & art, & good espresso. When picking up my order, the name on the cup read “Jerk.” I was courteous & polite while placing my order, & I enunciated my name quite clearly. When I brought it to the barista’s attention, she had no interest in offering an apology. Unacceptable. Won’t be back. That they are only open until 2 is also limiting. While I think it is good to leave this review for awareness, the owner’s apology is appreciated.

Soul Called Mon
We were just passing thru and feel in love with this place. Now we want to drive alittle out the way in order to eat and hang here again. The ingredients are top quality. The building has a HEPA air purifiers, Himalayan Salt Lamps all over the place, living plants here and there. I ordered a white chocolate caramel breve and a sausage egg & cheese croissant. My Husband ordered golden breve & a bacon egg and cheese bagel.

We stopped here on our way to Estes and it was a great experience! The gluten/vegan options were delicious and the matcha and the mocha were fantastic too! We come from the land of Onyx Coffee Labs and this coffee shop was a winner!

matcha latte was delicious. over $8 for a small cup. slightly floral taste and it had some added sugar in the matcha premade. they offer non diary milks like oat milk. staff was nice. had a lot of seating with charging blocks by the seats.

A must stop coffee in Carbondale. I always plan a visit on my way out of Aspen… and the lady behind the bar, making your coffee is one of the sweetest and most experienced barista‘s you’ll ever meet. Leticia is a gem and makes one hell of a latte.

Definitely a hipster coffee shop. The coffee was good but the shop had a woke liberal vibe to it. A lot of the people i encountered weren’t very welcoming and friendly. I probably wouldn’t go there again.
