The food was amazing! Super cute place, cozy and elegant, but yet a small town feel. Food was made in such a way that you can taste how much love and pride they put into it.. it was my husband , son, and mother in law and I can’t wait to go back just my husband and I for date night! ..

Just amazing in every way! This gem nestled in the sleepy town of Amherst should be a destination location for anyone traveling in this region! Picture doesn’t include the wings we crushed already, so good!!!!

This place is a gem in Amherst. Went there on a whim for cocktails and an appetizer. Their old fashioned came with actual smoke on it and the dirty martini was perfect. Got pesto bruschetta that was amazing. Can’t wait to try their main dishes, especially the smoked reuben. Service was great and the atmosphere was chill. Updated review to say the Rueben is UNBELIEVABLY FANTASTIC!! This and Trapezium are making Amherst a destination.

This restaurant brings a touch of class to downtown Amherst! REALLY, really, good farm/local to table experience. My spouse and I have been there several times and the food is consistently fabulous, generously portioned, and high quality. Most sauces, desserts, etc. are made from scratch. Kudos to the kitchen! Also, the waitstaff is super. Bear in mind that when the place fills up (guaranteed during peak times) they do all the bussing, waiting on tables, and bar tending. Even though the place is small, they gotta juggle. Relax, don’t be in a rush, & tip them well. Every time I’ve seen them in action, they well deserve it.

This was my third visit to Bonfire and it didn’t disappoint. The restaurant is cozy and busy, so reservations are must if you want to get seated. The staff is so friendly and ready to please their customers. The smoked pork shoulder was excellent, and the house salad with creamy balsamic dressing was unique and delicious! We’ll be back for sure!

The Reuben has so many flavors, just make sure you’re not sitting next to your mother when eating their food. It is a must if you’re in the area.

Incredible menu considering the locale. Fresh grown greens from a local college, inventive use of seasonings, bursting with flavor. It is a small venue, and boasts a bourbon tasting bar. While I didn’t do that, saw a lot of top shelf brands displayed. A must go if you’re an adventuresome diner!!
