Bonefish grill has been around for a fair amount of time in Fredericksburg. They pave the way for bang bang shrimp that everybody now uses. It is a high end chain restaurant, which he shares ownership with Caraba’s and outback steakhouse. The service was great but the food was not as fresh as you would expect from a fish grill. The atmosphere was decent. I am giving this a three star rating because we had reserved a table for my wife’s birthday and they were not ready for us, and we stood at the bar, we were for adults and five children which made it very awkward.

We’ve been to Bonefish several times and have always had a good meal. Today, went for lunch – the lunch menu was not in effect (likely due to it being Saturday) but we had to order off the dinner menu. We had the corn chowder with crab to start. My wife had the trout and I got a platter of shrimp. Good sides, everything was just right.

We had lunch there last week and had a wonderful experience. The lunch and service were great. We were traveling from out of town and I realized an hour and a half into our drive home that I forgot my wireless headphones on the table. I thought they were gone forever. We called the restaurant and they found them and offered to mail them to me. I sincerely appreciate the server and the manager at this location. Thank you so much for a great lunch and for sending my headphones! I’m very grateful!

Went here for a new year’s eve dinner and we had to wait because we made no reservations but the wait time was like 20 minutes, we didn’t mind it because we went to wait at the bar and we order a drink while we were waiting so it was not bad at all, the service was great! And the food was on point, having the bang bang shrimps a MUST! Oh and also don’t forget to order their famous martinis

Let’s start by saying that this meal was extremely affordable. I had my birthday dinner here tonight. The restaurant gave me a dessert (with a little lit candle) free of charge. It was a flourless macadamia brownie with raspberry sauce, whipped cream, and Ice cream with a mint leaf on top. It was delicious and rich! I wasn’t a huge fan of the ice cream, but that’s okay. My appetizer was a side of Mac and Cheese, for which I asked to substitute the bacon for crab meat! The Mac and Cheese was a bit flavorless, but it blossomed with a bit of salt and pepper. My dinner entree was the Shrimp Rangoon Salmon on top of jasmine rice with wilted spinach, tomatoes, and a ring of sweet chili sauce. This was an amazing choice and a very creative take on salmon. I absolutely gobbled it up, cleaning my plate. This meal came with complimentary bread and oil, which was average, but what can you expect from something so simple? Even my partner enjoyed his meal, he ordered the burger which came super juicy and medium rare. Thank you, Bonefish Grill, for making my birthday and first time experience here worthwhile.

The food was outstanding; the appetizer, main course.. all were delicious. The bread and olive oil was wonderful. The bread was warm and the olive oil had great spices. Our server, Ty was attentive but not obtrusive. Five stars are not enough; I give them 10 stars.

Service is always amazing and food was good. I would prefer the potstickers to be a littler crunchier. The sauce made the bottom of them really soft, but overall good in flavor.

Friday night made reservations. Seating only inside, no outside dining options. Great social distancing, lots of space between individual tables. Was greeted immediately by the receptionist, and was immediately sat after giving our name for our reservations. We were greeted by the server in a timely manner, who took our drink order. I would have liked her to give suggestions on food and wine. Her knowledge of the drink menu left more to be desired. She took our food order, and our food came out in a good time. The presentation of the food was spot on. I could tell that there was time taken to make sure of this. As for its taste, it was very delicious.
