The fried chicken and tacos were so crispy and yummy. I didn’t like their more traditional Korean foods that much, but overall it is a 5-star.

The food is actually not impressive enough to have people to try. Even though they have really general few of traditional Americanized Korean food. Wings are highly recommended. Others .. I’d suggest you to go to other authentic Korean restaurants

The restaurant was clean/new, the staff friendly, and there seemed to be ample parking.

The food is fine, after having it for a while it starts to become a bit bland. The menu while small offers, for the most part, reasonable prices. The service is decent as well. There is nothing good nor bad to say about this place. But, I have to say that the New Haven Bonchon had lively staff and a better vibe for a gathering for friends.

Pretty empty today but it just took 40 mins to bring the food on the table. The waitress was super unhelpful. Food was okay.

food was good, location was very cute!! the only major complaint I had was the tv’s. They were playing kittens giving birth while we was eating. Was not quite pleasant! I didn’t like the idea of eating my food and seeing a kitten give birth with blood everywhere every time I looked up at the tv screen. The seafood fried rice was kind of bland, the kimchi fried rice was good but could use some more kimchi!!! There was barely any in there.

Compared to the other Bonchon locations I’ve tried (Allston, MA and Manchester, CT), the Bonchon in Storrs falls far from enjoyable. Last night, I planned a dinner for 8 at the Storrs location for 7:30pm and found both the food and service to be lacking. For some, the appetizers came out after the chicken and for 2 of my other friends, they did not get their medium wings order until the rest of us were completely finished with our meals. My order of chicken strips, – normally full in size and extra crispy, we’re small and barely breaded. It was VERY disappointing as I had been waiting two days for the dinner reunion and to have CRISPY strips. ): I’m glad Bon Chon is now available to more people, but this location definitively needs A LOT of work.

Wow. I avoided this place because I can’t eat chicken but thank goodness my boys asked for chicken tonight! Reminds me of Korean places I ate at in Japan. So delicious. Wider variety than just chicken. Stop by and try not to eat yourself silly.

Worst meal I’ve had in years! Tofu was completely unseasoned, and I was unable to get it fried, as they fry their tofu with the seafood. Would not recommend at all for a vegetarian.

Enjoyed the soy garlic wings, potstickers (awesome by the way!) and the Korean tacos. Food is excellent and Sophia was a great server!
