Edit: I don’t know what happened but now the chicken is very tough and dry and the sandwich as well. Disappointed with the food and will no longer order from this location.

First time trying this place and I was very happy with my choice! Chicken wings are really crispy and very flavorful. Signature chicken sandwich was decent. I need to take another trip to try other items. Must try!

The chicken was really good and had great flavor. I’ve been to South Korea and the comparison is spot on. The only con I have was the price seemed a little high.

The food is flavorful but not that great. Quietly pricy. I made an order for eat in, they forgot about my food and let me Waite for half of hour. Until I came to ask they realized they forgot and just put my food in microwave. But somewhat eatable, but just not that great.

No breading on the chicken. No crunch. No flavor. Very disappointed in your product. Will be emailing corporate.

I have ordered from this location maybe 3 times in the past. I ordered the combo of wings and drumsticks with a side of onion rings because in the past they have been amazing and super crunchy. Not today. They weren’t even rings of onions. It was not crunchy and was mushy on the inside. **Edit- the owner reached out and offered to refund me the price of the onion rings after I had sent him the photos. At no time did he say that this was not going to be the onion rings going forward. I always order the spicy sauce on my chicken and have enjoyed it in the past. It was ok today. It tasted like the sauce had changed also. For the prices, it’s not going to draw me back anytime soon. I’m not sure why I can’t add my photos.

Their Korean style fried chicken is AMAZING!!! We had it first in NYC! I always get the wings with soy garlic and hubby gets the spicy legs. Both were awesome and extra crispy! This time we got sides in NYC we only eat the chicken. I got the street corn and he got seasoned fries. The corn was really tasty and the fries were fries nothing spectacular. Having a Bonchon close by we’re made us very happy! We definitely be back sooner then later!

I’m used to traditional Korean food. I can’t 100% get behind this restaurant. It was casual with plenty of seating, basic menu. I was disappointed as online the menu had bulgogi and a chicken dish as well. However this location didn’t offer it so I might have looked at a different location. The japchae was good, the bulgogi meat was nicely charred and the kimchi was decent. I am spoiled by local asian market kimchi and its more flavorful by far. Ive aslo been eating Korean foods for a decade so I’m picky about my banchan. The Korean chicken was decent, crunchy and juicy. We grabbed a combo with wings and drums (half and half for sauces). Mochi ice cream was delish. Not bad for a quick casual dinner but I wouldn’t be a frequent flyer
