I figured for the price, the portions would be great. It was delivered and immediately disappointed. Does this look like $55 worth of food? Complete ripoff.

Take out order, first time at this restaurant. Order was ready when promised, everything was hot, fresh, and good quality ! We were impressed with the Tandouri Chicken. Chicken Beriyani portion was small and could have had a little more chicken, but great flavor. Goan Fish Curry was excellent as was the Daal Tadka. Saffron Rice and Garlic Naan were nicely prepared. Overall very good, strongly recommend

Best Indian food in the area! Been coming here for years and the food is always exceptional. The only thing better are the owners Jay and his wife. They’re always so welcoming, gracious, and pleasant.

Let’s start with the service. It was excellent! Greeted with absolute kindness. Despite being busy, he was able to get everyone taken care of in a timely manner, and always smiling. Never had to go searching for him to come back and help.

Food was burnt!! 3 orders of chicken tikka and they were black and hard. The non burnt pieces(few) were dry to the point you could not swallow after chewing it. Called the manager and he said “ not much I can do for you there” ??? thenput me n hold. After coming back to the phone he offered 10%off of my next order! Our whole dinner is ruined!!! Bad business…

It was delicious. Divine. Heavenly. Exactly like I remember it with the same owners as well. Food is off the charts, chicken tikka masala was absolutely gorgeous with plenty of meat as you can see. The portions are generous, and the rice is tasty and flavourful. Somehow even the water is good?? Taj Mahal is a great drink to try here too. I went here years ago and the food is consistent.

Bombay Grill is the most authentic indian food you will get in the area hands down. The location is easy to find and the staff are friendly. They have redesigned their interior recently and im sure it will grow on me as much as the previous interior did. The aroma that greets you as soon as you open the door makes you want to eat right away. Veggie Samosas and Garlic Naan are must haves with any meal. I love the Chicken Tikka Masala with the Saffron Basmati Rice. My bosses must have here is the Aloo Gobi Masala and it is ordered every visit. Great food at fair prices. You have to visit, its worth the drive every time!!

The only downside is that the portions are too small for the price. Other than that – I have ordered from this place going on 10 times now and think they have some of the best tasting Indian food in the entire Houston area. I have tried dozens of Indian restaurants, and probably every Indian restaurant in Sugar Land. The curries and meats at this restaurant really taste better than any other restaurant. I was thinking “am I just imagining this because it is so close to my house or is it really the best?” No. It is actually that good. I have also been to the well known Agas restaurant located in the hillcroft area, deemed one of Houston’s most loved Indian restaurants, and I still think Bombay Grill is the better of the two. The location and interior are nothing special. The only thing bad about this restaurant is that I am now disappointed by the food at pretty much every other Indian restaurant.

Ordered a chicken biryani and got something that’s not even a full plate. Andd it cost 14 dollars for that small plate of chicken biryani. All in all we spend 70 bucks for absolutely nothing. Just avoid this place unless you want to waste money. Look at the pic for comparison with a water bottle
