This place is a roadside treasure. If you know where they will be you better get there early! The line is always full of eager customers waiting for their food. I recently had their newest menu item, a hot dog. They make them with any topping you want and they are amazing. How on earth can you make a simple hot dog taste so good????

This is a little roadside gem complete with picnic tables overlooking the railway station. Burgers were cooked fresh to order; smash style. The edges were crispy and the fried egg I added to mine was perfectly runny. The onion rings were hot and crispy and fried to a perfect golden brown. We followed this food truck up with donuts from the duck donut truck parked on the same lot. Highly recommend stopping by for lunch!

Yummy place to grab a quick bite. This has become our favorite food truck place to eat. Must try. The Burgers taste so fresh. And the onion rings hit the spot!! If you haven’t tried this place, I highly recommend it. The Burgers were perfect. So much flavor. The sweet Caroline( husbands Burger) was funny of flavor!! I got the Original Burger and it was amazing.

My wife and I saw these guys, Bolton’s, at the Mount. Holly Springfest last weekend. It was a little later in the afternoon, when I saw a couple of Mt Holly police officers standing nearby. One of the officers was looking to see what was left on the menu (several items were sold out). I asked the officer if they were good…she said, “oh yeah the best.” . . .Man, I’m glad we stood in line and ordered. . . but we were warned the burgers were going fast. Jenny, an owner, taking orders, announced to the line, we have only 11 burgers left. It was worth the wait. After ordering you get a ‘beeper’ to alert you when your order is ready.

I have had Bolton’s 3 times in the last month and each time has been amazing. The best burger I have had (mushroom switzer). The herdsman is also amazing. The onion rings are so good. Great pricing. Fries are great too. Love that they pair up with Summit Brewery in Mt. Holly. Such a fantastic combo.
