The food and service were excellent at Bolero. The seafood paella was good but our group loved the potato croquettes with short rib and the refreshing watermelon salad with arugula and pomegranate seeds. The cocktails were delicious too.

What a great first time experience at this restaurant,the ambiance was perfect. Not into wine but was great because they had amazing cocktails,food was made with love but wasn’t too jazzed about the scallops I wish it had a little seasoning on it. Our waiter Josh was so awesome he answered all our questions,even suggested a few of the items that he enjoyed. The manager came over and introduced himself and asked us how everything was that is always a plus,we will definitely come back and try other items on the menu for sure.

Right when arriving Bolero, the host immediately attended us and walked us over to our seats. When we asked if we could switch over to another table, they easily accommodated our request. They were also very prompt with providing us water and with our needs. Our server was very kind and other servers also checked in on us. We ordered multiple items on the menu and not one of them was a disappointment. Every plate had its own unique flavoring that I could not find one that was better than the other. But I would say that they had the best mashed potatoes I’ve ever had. The paella was also amazing and had huge portion. My partner usually doesn’t like seafood, but he very much enjoyed the food served. I do wish that they had meals that weren’t tapas style. Once we were done, we walked around Europa wineries. I am very excited to see the Italian location get finished. The French location is beautiful, cozy and wines were amazing. They have my favorite port wine. The ladies at the wine bar was also very kind and helpful when choosing wines to taste. Great experience overall here. Just a bit pricey.

Had a great 5th anniversary dinner at Bolero. Really great Spanish inspired tapas dishes. Loved the empanadas, albondigas and matador sliders among several other great dishes. It was a surprisingly busy Thursday night with a couple of large parties so the service was a tad slow, but our waitress and the manager were very considerate and knocked a significant portion of our bill off for both the delay on the food and a discount for our anniversary too! I would highly recommend coming here for a great dinner experience. Save room for dessert!

Brunch was great. We are not members, so there was no discount. We moved our party to the tasting room. Didn’t stay we dropped some bills on brunch, and there was no offer of free tasting ( in an attempt to get my business). Needless to say, we moved the party to the winery where I hold membership. Nevertheless, Great food Great service!
