My fiancé ordered this while I was at work and I wouldn’t say I was jealous but I definitely wanted to try it. I was not disappointed. We got some of they “bols” everything was great . I had the teriyaki and lemon chicken and the protein. The base of jasmine rice , forbidden black rice , roasted potatoes and the roasted street corn . Safe to say I found my new favorite bowl. Pollo tropical chicken won’t see me for a while. I was in and out (which I love) and it was a relaxed fast casual type restaurant. Food cold in general barbecue and teriyaki chicken with very little sauce. Service no different than any McDonalds. No customer service at all just order and pay. Atmosphere, the music is so loud you can barely talk to your partner. Didn’t like it at all at this location.

This was my first time trying bolay and I had a great experience. There is a wide variety of bowl options, build your own and vegan bowls. I had never tried sweet potato noodles and it was great ! It was moist and well seasoned. The bowl is also well served I got a small size and was satisfied with my meal. I built my own bowl and I added roasted broccoli ginger, teriyaki chicken, roasted zucchini with the sweet potato noodles
