If I could give 0 stars I would!! Ordered a family meal and they forgot my biscuits and then two pieces of chicken were so over cooked they were inedible, one leg looked like a foreign piece of chicken (picture attached). My daughter picked up the order on her way home and didn’t check it. I called to complain no one answered and then I filled out the contact form on their website and still no one has responded. Will never order from this location again! $30 wasted…

I ordered our food using the Bojangles app. I arrived about 5 minutes (6:50 PM) after placing our order. I had to wait almost 5 minutes before an employee came to the front counter. Even though the status of our order stated it was complete, the staff was not even aware of the order (it was still on the printer). After waiting an additional 5 minutes, I was told that they did not have any biscuits, so my wife had to eat her steak biscuits on a hamburger bun. This is not the first time that this location was out of items that we wanted to get. Along with two employees eating in the dining room, one employee saw me standing at the counter and should have let someone know. I wouldn’t recommend using the app or website to place an order at this location.

How can 2 Bojangles be so different. I don’t like complaining but I can’t do it anymore. The Bo rounds are always saturated in grease and cooked way to long. Steak biscuit is also cooked to long or old and has a heavy grease taste. The other Bojangles is so much better most of the time. I will just drive a little further from now on to 601 location.

Bojangles in Elgin SC need to be held accountable for what I experienced today on April 7, 2023. I go through drive through and recieved my food by a welcoming employee. I proceed to eat my food, in my car. I drink my carbonated drink, a Sierra Mist. After I finished eating my food I normally like to chew on the ice in my cup that comes with my order at any fast food restaurant. So today was no different…. except I removed the lid and to my surprise I find a baby roach on the rim of my cup. I am disgusted and feel sick on my stomach. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life. I’m embarrassed to even post this but again, Bojangles in Elgin SC on Main Street need to be held accountable. Customers, remember to look before you eat or drink.

I dont write reviews unless its really bad. I love bojangles and usually when its lukewarm food. Im not one to complain. you cant get it right all the time. and I have worked in fast food so I know sometimes you get leftovers from a rush.

Just got this from the drive through. Chicken is too done and dried out. It’s been a while since I’ve gotten chicken from Elgin Bojangles. (I feel it made me sick then). So today I figure new management (almost 2 years since I bought chicken). I was wrong. I’m done with this Bojangles for chicken. The Mac and cheese and biscuit was okay. Fries were old and chicken was terrible. My dog liked it though.
