I was raised in the south but I have never been to a Bojangles. Absolutely blown away. They’re chicken sandwich, I found to be better than Popeyes. The meat was well seasoned and juicy and the bun was very sweet with a good amount of sauces. My son had the chicken strips which were real meat and very good. The mac and cheese was a little bland but very cheesy. The biscuit was amazing. Probably the best I’ve ever had at any type of fast food restaurant. Also, the blueberry biscuit which would also be known as a scone in Europe was very good. Sweet tea had a little bit less sugar than McDonald’s.

I am not a local! So I would like to warn other visitors, the food is great!! The only thing is the bo berry biscuits are so sweet, they are delicious but way sweeter than expected, it’s a dessert for sure!! The chicken biscuit is really yummy, it does have some spice which would upset my stomach early in the morning. so I would keep in mind when ordering! This location is at a truck stop fyi, and they got rid of southern shock mountain dew :(. But the food is great, the sweet tea is good, and the employees are so nice! Especially kitty she was so sweet and helpful❤️

I don’t understand all the negative reviews I grew up in South Carolina I’ve eaten at Bojangles my entire life. I was so excited to finally have one here because I needed a taste of home and that’s exactly what I got. We went for breakfast and I got my normal sausage egg and cheese biscuit we also got a chicken biscuit some BO rounds and boberry biscuits. The only thing that was a bummer was the fact that they didn’t have their “spicy” chicken biscuit which they always had back home. Everything was absolutely fresh delicious and tasted just the same as it did 20 years ago. I will be back!

Having lived on the West Coast for 10 years prior to moving back home to Louisiana, I was excited to finally try Bojangles. I have to say, I was thoroughly disappointed. My order was ready very quickly after ordering, however, none of the sauces I requested were included, and I was already miles away with no chance of turning around. Troy ate the strips without sauce, and needless to say I wasn’t impressed at all. They were lacking seasoning and overall flavor. Leaving raising canes, which is notably blend, had more flavor then these. The biscuit while sturdy, I’ll select quite a bit, and didn’t have naked flavor. Like say a Popeyes biscuit does. To top things off the french fries have a very weird kind of a grainy texture. I did get an order of blueberry biscuits, an I give those a three out of five. Luckily, the unsweetened iced tea was refreshing. I don’t think I’ll be going back to Bojangles, I just don’t think it’s for me.

I lived in Charlotte,North Carolina which is home of Bojangles and ate there many of times and loved it!!I was a bit bummed out when I drove to the location today and seen they only had chicken tenders and not bone in chicken so we got the chicken sandwich which tasted a lot like Popeyes chicken sandwich but was good. I will only go back for breakfast next time!

We have driven out of the way to eat Bojangles. We were excited they opened one close to home. Delicious food and great customer service.

2 stars for the place being clean and the friendly workers. BUT… this is not Bojangles. If you’re from Tennessee or Carolinas, you will probably turn around and walk right back out. If you’re not from Bo-Land take this location as face value only. Menu is EXTREMELY limited. I was impressed that they knew what pimento cheese spread is, so that and biscuits was going to be my supper… nope, threw out the pimento cheese spread a while back and haven’t gotten any more… maybe if i pass this way again i’ll give it another shot. Travelers, give it a try and make your own ideas, but take some time and try a real Bojangles soon, with a 12 piece dark, six biscuits and a handful of honey… and don’t forget the pimento cheese spread!

Traveling. My second time trying bojangles. It was a little better, but they didn’t serve fried chicken at this location. They only carry chicken tenders and chicken sandwiches. I was disappointed by that. They forgot our biscuits w/ our meal so we had to go back and get them. The sides were nice and hot but the chicken tenders were not dropped fresh. Ugh. This is the second chance I’ve given you guys bojangles in a whole nother state and the food is still not FRESH. It’s unacceptable and a slap in the face seeming as though I don’t give multiple chances. Plus you guys are not cheap. Customer service was okay.

No actual chicken on the bone only tenders. No Bo berry biscuits. Service can be eh sometimes but shoutout the homie working hard in drive thru today with the creamy jalapeño sauce. Mostly clean and modernized decor. Food can sometimes be cold. Been here 3 times so no reason not to 5 star despite missing 2 of the more memorable parts of the menu.

Tried 3 things on the menu, the chicken sandwhich, the sausage egg and cheese biscuit, and the biscuit and gravy.
