I placed the order online. 7 meals, $85.00 and almost an hour later finally got the food. All sides were missing. They put 4 tenders and a sauce in each box and that’s it! The 2 mountain dews were carbonated water. Terrible. Will not be returning.

We just went to bojangles today and a boy was taking our order and he obviously was high off his butt. We waited for our food for over 30 minutes. He forgot our drinks two times and my brother got a five price chicken strip and only got four. He was drinking his drink and ended up finding ashes in it. If you don’t actually check the background and tests of your workers then there is no point in even hiring people. You and other places are highering people who only care about the money to get drugs and they don’t try and make the food good and safe to eat. We will not be coming back to this bojangles.

They don’t skimp on the country ham. Service is always friendly and prompt. Most fast food chains have lost the sight that every customer is actually a guest. This Bojangles has not.

Manager walked out bc of some bigwig was there criticizing her and when she walked out he had to get on the phone and ask how to do this how to do that bc he was clueless..they shouldn’t hire upper management if they can’t work the floor! They don’t understand the whole mechanism of fast food and just get in the way when they don’t know what to they are doing…

I ordered the 8 piece meal, was asked if I wanted white or dark I said white. Got home with it and had 4 thighs and 4 legs. Very disappointed. The biscuits and sides were good though.
